We made some amazing tasty chocolate treats - truffles, chocolate medallions and a bar of chocolate with ingredients of our own choice.

It was so FUN! Way better than expected. We learned about the history of chocolate, got to learn some fun decorating techniques and you leave with so much chocolate! Like 30-40 pieces that you make yourself. And they are very yummy. 10/10 would recommend

Did the Thai cooking class with Chef Chris and his assistant Jessie. Learned a lot and the food was excellent. While we all participated in some of the prep ie chopping, prepping etc the chef by far does most of it. Great way to spend a saturday night. Lots of couples were there but no issue being there in your own. Thanks for a fun time.

One of the highlights of our mom, daughter trip to Toronto!

We did the “Hands on - Cooking with Craft Beer” course. Chef Erin, her assistant and all the other team members, were professional, friendly and on point.

Super fun hands on learning experience! All while you meet new people and enjoy a delicious, gourmet meal at the end of the evening.

The facilities are top notch- gleaming kitchen equipment, a bar area, a joint cafe/merchandise counter area.

The location is easy to find - allow yourself extra time to get there on account of the traffic.

Had a great day making different types of bread including baguettes. The instructor's
were very helpful and interesting. We got to take home some lovely loaves. I am signing up to make Parisian macaroons next

When my wife suggested that we should do this cooking class with The Spice Lab I was a bit anxious because I dislike cooking but it was a blast! I'm literally terrified about the idea of having to cook for anyone besides myself but first thing that I noticed when arriving at The Spice Lab was how welcoming Aliya is and how she immediately put me at ease. There were students there that were much more experienced than I (since I've only begun to start cooking) but nevertheless Aliya was able to explain the basics to me while interacting with the others at their respective levels of ability. She carefully described the ingredients for each of the dishes we prepared and let us all participate in the preparation, assembly, cooking and plating of each dish. Even the garnishes were carefully selected and explained to us. And the food was excellent - felt like I was at Michelin rated thai restaurant! No joke. I would highly recommend this class for chefs of all levels of ability. I will definitely be back!

Incredible evening at St Lawrence Market with Chef Scott. Magnificently planned evening with a fantastic menu along with a guided tour of St Lawrence Market. Each and every staff member made us feel at home. it was a wonderful dinner party with about 60 people. Learned some new facts about the history of the Market and Toronto. Highly recommended.

We went for a cooking class with four of our adult children and had such a wonderful time! Not only did each of us learn something valuable about cooking and prep technique but we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meal that followed. The recipes were simple but excellent, Karen and MC helped us through the process and it was great bonding time. We’d highly recommend it for friends, family or coworkers.

This is a modern, beautifully equipped boutique cooking school. It is ideal for small groups and also for children's parties. There is plenty of parking in the immediate area. The staff are professional and pleasant. Alexandra , a recent George Brown graduate does a really excellent job.
