I got a free weeks introduction during my holiday in Canada. This is one of the very best sports facility that I have ever seen. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. An experience to climb the rock wall for the first time. Expert instruction and guidance. Age is no barrier. Excellent.

I took the apple pie class with partner and it was a great experience. Our pastry chef went through everything we needed to know and helped us along the way. We each made a cute pie that we took home to bake later or freeze.

If you love baking and/or are a beginner and want to try to expand your pastry skills, definitely try Le Dolci.

Incredible evening at St Lawrence Market with Chef Scott. Magnificently planned evening with a fantastic menu along with a guided tour of St Lawrence Market. Each and every staff member made us feel at home. it was a wonderful dinner party with about 60 people. Learned some new facts about the history of the Market and Toronto. Highly recommended.

I was here with a group of coworkers for a team activity, and it was really fun to cook and eat our own food with the supervision of chef Pierre! The staff was very friendly and served really lovely wine. I really recommend it as a team activity!

My friend and I took the Charcuterie Board Workshop at Sandbanks Winery last Friday and it was absolutely fantastic! Emily and Elaine were wonderful hosts and walked us through the fun workshop with lot of wine tasting from Sandbanks Winery.

We had a sunny and beautiful afternoon and the course is fun and easy. All the tools are included and Emily is full of great knowledge. Elaine was a perfect host and ensured we tasted some wonderful wines.

I would recommend being ready to purchase some wines, definitely buy the cheese knives and mineral oil from the workshop and Elaine recommended the lavendar field which is a short drive away (MilleFleurs).

Thank you for a wonderful course!

This was my first time kayaking. I was a tad nervous and the staff was great! They provide you with a radio and GPS which gave a sense of calm. They also provided a dry bag to keep your personal belongings dry. I have an extremely bad back and, after 2+ hours, I was unable to get out of the boat on my own. “Captain Jack” was amazing! He helped me out, never once making me feel bad/embarrassed. He was a true professional!!! A+++ experience . We went out towards the Scarborough bluffs . It was beautiful too see all the interesting homes etc. along the waterfront.

I mostly did online classes but also some in-person. Communication was great. From the beginning they helped me, first to get what was level and then to plan the classes. I'm a doctor and I wanted to learn Spanish related to my profession.

Everything went well and I learned a lot.
    Very recomendable school.

Awesome bread and pastries! My daughter has a nut allergy, and cannot have fresh bakery goods very often.....There are very few nut free bakeries, and even when you find one, they are mediocre. The Bread Essentials Breads and pastries are AWESOME!!!!! Great find. We travel from Bolton to shop there!!!

One of the highlights of our mom, daughter trip to Toronto!

We did the “Hands on - Cooking with Craft Beer” course. Chef Erin, her assistant and all the other team members, were professional, friendly and on point.

Super fun hands on learning experience! All while you meet new people and enjoy a delicious, gourmet meal at the end of the evening.

The facilities are top notch- gleaming kitchen equipment, a bar area, a joint cafe/merchandise counter area.

The location is easy to find - allow yourself extra time to get there on account of the traffic.

It's a great little space for painting with friends and family!
So many selections of pottery to choose from with a wide array of paints.
We came with a group of 5 and had an absolute blast!
Would recommend for anyone wanting something fun to do and something to bring away with them after!
