This is a bohemian style neighborhood in Toronto worth checking out at least once when you’re here
There’s plenty of shops and restaurants to see. It’s very close to the Chinatown part of the town too. There’s plenty of thrift shops along the streets as well, but they tend to be a bit pricey.
Plan on spending at least 2 to 3 hours here to check out everything.

Your Lake Ontario sailing journey will start at here. This place is easy to navigate and clean. The access is convenient too.

Lived in the area all my life up until retirement. Lots to do with Kew Beach and Woodbine Park, Ashbridges Bay in the area. Wonderful places to eat "The Goof" in particular which is a Legendary Local spot to eat, with the Fox Theater right across the street. Lots of individual shopping experiences unlike the huge Malls the Beach Village offers independent proprietors with unique items, check out Segull and the Artisans store, they were my favorites. I miss my Village. It holds a huge part of my heart forever.

Located near Toronto's Chinatown, this alley, which runs across three blocks, is full of graffiti, some of which are really beautiful and artistic. I just hope that they would clean the street to make it look wholesome and more attractive to tourists. With all its wall paintings, this alley really looks like an open-air museum for free! 😀

Very nice and clean community in GTA and Toronto City. There’re lots of underrated and unknown communities in Toronto like this. This is a Russian communities and almost all the Russian communities and supermarkets in Toronto are very clean and sanitized

Was there for the Cabbagetown Festival which was fantastic! So many vendors of food and other interesting things. The main street was closed and turned into a festive pedestrian mall, where the different restaurants on the street set up dining areas. And great, free music of all kinds was everywhere. Off of the main street there are many well-preserved Victorian homes and an urban farm with heritage breeds of animals, free admission. There's a beautiful old graveyard near the farm, one of the oldest in Canada. Enjoyed all the little laneways and plaques that honour famous people who lived in the houses. So walkable, but easy access to downtown Toronto by public transit.

Dropped in here at 7:30pm from shopping downtown and was not disappointed. We got our food pretty quick and it was hot. Wait staff was nice and they make a great Caesar. Reasonable prices for the amount of food you get. We’ll go back.

As we toured around Toronto, this was one of our destinations to see. It was everything people talked about in their reviews. So many restaurants to eat and shopping galore. Parking was a big problem since there are so few places on the street. We spent some time walking around to enjoy the atmosphere on a beautiful day.

One of the fanciest part of Toronto. Tall buildings are everywhere, and the atmosphere is relatively safe compared to other sectors of the city. You will see major financial companies, such as banks, accounting firms, etc.

We had a family wedding and had several people staying at the Annex. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a great evening wine and appetizer reception on short notice. They offered to keep a wedding cake in the kitchen fridge for us. Always checking when we needed help with Uber or anything, Great free breakfast
