We signed up for the day/evening cruise/dinner tour but subsequently notified that that tour was full. We ended up switching to a day/lunch tour. They do have a bar/restaurant on board and also offers tourists a chance to help raise the sails. The kids really seemed to enjoy that! A very nice small group of people in tour- even had lunch with some of them. The Niagara Falls experience was great fun & spectacular.
Niagara by the Lakes was a lovely place to wander & browse the shops.

Gaurav was our guide, brilliant and very knowledgeable. Took time out to explain things to the group and also individually. He made sure I got my ticket for behind the Falls as the boat doesn’t go in March. Niagara-on-the-Lake was absolutely beautiful and we got time to go round all the attractions. - The guides on the two buses we took made an effort to share information about the city and site (with one guide making very corny jokes with very scripted-sounding delivery). One was a long-time Toronto native and had good answers for questions he received.
- You do get to drive past many key landmarks in downtown Toronto, with stops well distributed near key sites.
- You can use it to get as far N as the Casa Loma mansion.
Negatives
- Infrequent service: When we were in Toronto (October), there was a long lag between bus departures (34 minutes). Also, the forecast bus arrival time was not reliable. For example, we missed one bus by a few minutes and were told to come back at a certain time. The next bus showed up and left 5 minutes before that time. So, we ended up spending over an hour more than we wanted to milling around near one stop.
- At $50, it seems very over-priced for the service. I would have preferred walking around downtown Toronto and just paying for an Uber or two. It would be reasonable value at $25.

We went early in the month, on the only cool, rainy day of the entire holiday. Of course! One man on the tour said, as we approached Niagara: “Look, the Falls are coming to meet us!” That helped set a positive tone, and our driver/guide, Shahz, did everything in his power to make the day a wonderful, (if wet) experience. Shahz was charming, courteous, professional, and attentive. He was wonderful!
It was a memorable day, for sure. The tour provided us ample opportunities for viewing the Falls from various locations. - Jack1 contributionVery good experience seeing Niagara Falls in person, our tour guide Haroon was very friendly and knowledgeable about Niagara Falls and its history. The tour bus came and collected us from our hotel in Toronto and after collecting the other parties made our way to the Niagara. Comfortable journey on the bus both ways with a bonus stop at the Maple Leaf Place to try maple syrup / chocolates.
