    1st class experience to Niagara Falls.
    Our tour guide/driver Hassan was incredible. Very friendly and knowledgeable. showed us interesting sites along the way and also areas to avoid and areas to go to that won't rip you off. Loved that we were in a private sprinter bus, not that crowded, and were picked up and dropped off at the hotel. Would use this company again and take other tours.

    Excellent - smooth, safe ride
    Excellent service; skilled drivers, always arrive on time, deliver a smooth, safe ride — and arrive when needed. Friendly, helpful - both behind the scenes and the drivers themselves.

    Great Customer Service!
    My friend and I were picked up at Toronto International Airport. Our driver contacted us as soon as we landed, and was waiting for us at the designated spot. In spite of the crazy traffic, our driver got us to our hotel safely and in a timely manner, and was friendly and helpful throughout the drive. The same driver picked us up on our return trip! Great customer service and reasonable rates. I would book with them again!

    No Show!
    My family ordered a taxi from this company for 7:00 am on a Monday. We booked three days ahead of our flight, going from Mississauga to Pearson International Airport. When they did not arrive by 7:15 am, we called the company several times and NOBODY PICKED UP, just voicemail. We had to order last minute from another company, which took forever to arrive since it was Monday morning traffic, and by the time they got to us, it was later in the morning and traffic was even worse. Needless to say, we thought we would MISS OUR FLIGHT and were LUCKY to make it on time to the airport with the alternate company. Never heard from this one at all. We booked because the reviews here gave us the impression they were reliable, but will never use them again. NOT WORTH THE RISK.

    There are many interesting things to see and do within walking distance from here, like you can even board road plane fr
    Good service. The company has good, clean and well maintained cars . My husband after travelling so long hours in plane found very comfortable journy in taxi.
    I would love to recommend them for their good service n good prices .

    We have used this service many times and it is very dependable. I must say on our most recent trip - we had the best driver ever!! Great personality, kind and a complete joy to talk to!! Wish he was our driver all of the time!!

    The only Airport Transfer that I currently use.
    Modern, clean, premium cars.
    Properly dressed, polite drivers.
    Excellent service.
    They arrive when expected.
    Good prices.
    Would I use them again?

    Terrible
    Sketchy lot. We waited an hour for the shuttle. After 30 mins we called again and the guy was sooo rude!! We waited in the cold until almost 2 am.

    It takes too long to get to the rental place from the arrival area
    I rented with Hotwire and there were not specific instructions in how to get to the car only an address. After asking and calling I found out that I had to take a train to a location and there wait for the shuttle to the rental. It took an hour to get to the car vs. 10 minutes if I had rented with a company at the airport. Then on the return, even though they have a shuttle they make you wait for the Hotel shuttle to take you to the airport. In conclusion, if you are in a hurry, it is better to pay a little more for a rental place in the airport.

    Wonderful service
    We booked YYZ Limo before we left the UK. We were travelling from a City Centre hotel in Toronto back to the airport. Our very polite driver turned up 10 minutes early helped us in every way to load our luggage and gave us a very comfortable ride to the airport. The car was spotless and the driver even offered free water if we needed it.
    This was one of the best pre booked limo companies I have used for many a year and the rates were really reasonable for such an excellent service.

    Friendly Personal Service
    I have used Airblack many times because of their prompt, courteous, hassled free service. Being a regular customer, they send the same driver whenever possible which is comforting on hectic travel days. When I travel with my grandchildren they keep the car seats and have them installed when they pick us up at the airport!
