He was knowledgeable and helpful with myself and my mother, as well as the other guests. Individuals pick ups from hotels in the airport area, so didn’t have to find our own way to a random location for pickup and drop off. Hassan provided great recommendations for activities at Niagara Falls, and then took us sight seeing up along the river to Niagara on the Lake.
It was a comfortable and safe van, the ride was pleasant and views were immaculate. Our driver contacted us as soon as we landed, and was waiting for us at the designated spot. In spite of the crazy traffic, our driver got us to our hotel safely and in a timely manner, and was friendly and helpful throughout the drive. The same driver picked us up on our return trip! Their drivers are courteous and helpful and very friendly and the prices, the prices are just unbelievably reasonable! This visit was 26 days and I was afraid that my vehicle would not start but they let me know that if I had an issue, they would help me. Fantastic service, I won't park anywhere else after finding this place. - Antonio TBetera, Spain6 contributionsI rented with Hotwire and there were not specific instructions in how to get to the car only an address. After asking and calling I found out that I had to take a train to a location and there wait for the shuttle to the rental. It took an hour to get to the car vs. 10 minutes if I had rented with a company at the airport. Then on the return, even though they have a shuttle they make you wait for the Hotel shuttle to take you to the airport. We booked three days ahead of our flight, going from Mississauga to Pearson International Airport. When they did not arrive by 7:15 am, we called the company several times and NOBODY PICKED UP, just voicemail. We had to order last minute from another company, which took forever to arrive since it was Monday morning traffic, and by the time they got to us, it was later in the morning and traffic was even worse. Needless to say, we thought we would MISS OUR FLIGHT and were LUCKY to make it on time to the airport with the alternate company. Never heard from this one at all. We booked because the reviews here gave us the impression they were reliable, but will never use them again.
