One night, while in Charlottetown, we stopped into the Confederation Centre of the Arts on a spur of the moment to see a show.
The venue is nice. Good seating and each seat has a good view of the stage.

Beautiful Gothic cathedral! There were gorgeous stained glass windows depicting the life of St. Dunstan. There was a small sign outside that stated that the church was open and we were able to walk all around inside for free. They simply asked that you remove your hat before walking inside.

A huge open park just by the water front. Ideal if you want a stroll round and informal open space but it also has a bunch of things to do tennis courts, ball parks, a swimming pool, and a accessible playground.

A province of Prince Edward Island historic site. It is located in the downtown historical district. The waterfront boardwalk is just a few minutes away on foot and there's a little bit of a walk through the woods at Victoria Park. Chipmunks and squirrels everywhere.

A small-ish area next to the water with lots of gift shops and some alternative outlets selling stuff you won't find elsewhere. Some nice eateries from ice cream to restaurants too.

A pleasant way to pass a few hours - and to relieve your bank account of a few dollars!

We went to see the show Becoming Dolly which is a history of Dolly Parton’s career and a story about the PEI actress Jessica Gallant who plays her. We were a group of 8 people and this play was absolutely amazing. Jessica Gallant is Dolly Parton and was formerly Anne of Green Gables. Singing and acting is Broadway quality all the way in a fun cocktail bar setting! Highly recommend any travellers to go and see.

One of Charlottetown’s oldest streets but in may ways a typical Charlotteville street with many fascinating buildings all different but again all strangely similar, in the heart of the historic district. A great place to stroll though look at the buildings and shops

Located in a semi-industrial area in suburban Charlottetown with an inside bar and outside patio. Good staff attentive to your needs. On day of visit nine taps of their own beers; also non-beer (seltzer, cocktails). Chilled cans (in singles or four packs available) to take away. Also many of their core range is available in low alcohol style. Worth a visit if only for the craft beer.
