This is a fantastic auction house located a relatively short distance from downtown Montreal. Was accessible by public transit which is safe and easy to use in Montreal. Talked with one of the owners before the auction, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Auction was interesting with a great assortment of items. Great place to pickup some unique items. Purchased an Eskimo soapstone sculpture for a bargain compared to retail prices (About half the price). Combines entertainment, shopping and vintage collecting in visit. Would recommend if you are visiting Montreal for a few days.

The is the best place in Montreal for knitters. They have the best selection of yarn and patterns, plus the y will special order for you. The owner is a lovely, with a wealth of knowledge, allowing you to try a challenging project with the confidence that if you get in trouble, she will be able to help you.

We were visiting Montreal and took the opportunity to have a professional bra fitting at DeBra Lingerie on Monkland Avenue. Debbie and Barbra provided excellent service, listening carefully to our needs and bringing us exactly what we required. They were also warm and cheerful, which reduced the annoyance and stress of fitting a bra.

The store stocks a wide range of bras for women with cup sizes larger than D. Need a 34G? This is the place. They will also ship to you for a nominal rate. Highly recommended.

I wandered into 101 Artisans looking for Christmas gifts and what a surprise! The store is chock full of beautiful, carefully chosen items at very reasonable prices. There are a lot of home furnishings - small rugs, cushions, tableware, soaps, photographs, decorative items, as well as some fashion accessories, like bags and purses, among other things.

The couple who owns the shop clearly loves what they do and give a lot of info on the items, making it a very pleasant shopping experience. They travel to Europe twice yearly looking for unique, hand-crafted things that are not boring or run of the mill. They also support local artisans and carry Quebec items and clearly have an eye for finding beauty

The shop is up a few stairs and so, a hidden gem, but worth visiting.
