I've found this spa by accident while looking for massage place and I'm super happy about that.
This spa is a little gem in griffintown with amazing massage therapists, organic products, even massage oil and tea are organic and they are the only place in Montreal who provides cryo therapy.

We had a pass from Auberge Bonaparte where we were staying and for the price (free!), it was amazing. If I was to attend as a gym member though, it would be different. The primary members were in training sessions; we seemed to be the only ones who weren't. It was a laid-back gym, though, and well-equipped, although the treadmills were being repaired. There was only one spin bike, one rowing machine but plenty of free weights and weight machines.

I need a weekly massage to stay sane, but it is not always easy to find good and serious massage therapists while traveling for work. Sandrine of "Massages Only" was recommended by local colleague, and it was a good rec. If you are serious about massages, then Sandrine will be a good choice, and with the Canadian dollar current valuation, it was very reasonable pricing.

Just went here as a tourist on a day pass $17....ouch. there are cheaper spots to go to in the city. As far as there weight room goes, it's dated from the 80's. The layout is terrible, and equipment dated. The powerlifting area needs rethinking. Le Gym at Concordia for $10 is a better option.

Would strongly recommend avoiding this gym:

    -Poor customer Service
-Noise travels easily to the spa area.
    - Extremely disorganized management
