    Enjoyable and worthwhile overview of Old Montreal
    Our guide, Sandy, did an excellent job leading our tour. She was affable, knowledgeable and provided us with an excellent overview of Old Montreal. The tour was a great value and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Afterwards we felt that we could easily navigate our way around the area on our own. Very satisfactory experience!

    Good intro to Montreal
    We went in the off season, so we didn’t do the boat trip, but did the Ferris Wheel instead. Our guide did a thorough job detailing history and landmarks. He was flexible with time and a couple side excursions. It’s a good introduction to the city and some of the most significant landmarks.

    Overall good experience.
    It was nice trip. The bus driver was pleasant and the tour guide was also nice and informative. They gave you a restroom/food stop each way. After the tour was over they gave us time to walk around on our own. I recommend it.
    Here is my one complaint about this tour:
    We have done these type of tours many times in the past. I know it is customary to tip the driver and tour guide. I understand if they want to just mention that once to everyone and remind them that they make their money on gratuities. Personally, I think it is in bad taste to ever ask for a tip. But this bus driver mentioned the tip a number of times. First when we got started and he also suggested the amount. Then when we made our restroom stops going and coming home he made an announcement "there are atm's to get cash - everyone needs cash - don't forget to go to the cash machine." And on the way home he once again reminded us that we had to tip him. The tour guide also reminded us after the tour that tips were appreciated but he only said it once. Tips are not compulsory. I know to tip, and I make up my mind what amount to tip. I have never experienced anything like this. Just plain rude. You want to remind passengers that tips are appreciated than ok. But to have to hear about it five times?

    Our guide, Amelie was amazing! We learned so much and we’re completely stuffed by the end of the tour. You will not regret taking this!

    Gabriela took us on the most fun and informative tour of Montreal!
    This walking tour was worth every penny. Gabriela is a friendly and cheerful native of Montreal who loves her city and has extensive knowledge of all the details. She hosted such a fun tour during which we learned a lot! She offers an excellent appreciation of the diversity offered by a fascinating city in just a small area. Great activity for the beginning of your trip so you know you want to return and spend more time later! Loved it.

    Yummy food tour!
    Caroline was an amazing tour guide! She was so knowledgeable about the area and made the tour very fun. I appreciated her love for the city and all the shop owners. Truly a memorable experience, thank you!

    Elise was engaging and knowledgeable
    Elise was a FANTASTIC host/tour guide. She was not only generous with her knowledge but also stayed back after the tour ended to answer any other questions. Her energy was palpable and her laugh infectious, we were definitely the luckiest tour group! She was engaging throughout the entire tour, she did not overwhelm us with facts, but provided enough information for the tour to keep it stimulating.

    We would recommend not only the tour company but also Elise, you will not be disappointed.

    Great fun!
    My husband and I had a wonderful time on this tour with our guide, Shane. I booked the tour for us as a fun outing mainly for my husband but I was surprised at how much fun I had as well! Shane taught us a lot about the Montreal brew scene and Montreal in general. We also learned about different kinds of beers and how they are brewed around the world! I wish we had more time to try out all the local places he recommended. The beer and food were great!

    Our Secret Food Tour Guide - Frosting on the Cake!
    Donna-Lynn was our guide and we could not have enjoyed it more despite the very rainy day of our tour. The foods we sampled were delicious, the people we met along the way were delightful, and the bits of Montreal history we learned were fascinating. A 5 star experience!

    History comes alive
    A wonderful evening of stories of Old Montreal told by an animated and enthusiastic costumed interpreter. Our teens were captivated and said they wished history class was always like this!
