The metro covers many areas of Montreal and we used it during our visit to get to many areas. The metro staff was helpful and supportive in providing us with directions, information, and tickets. The metro comes often and wait time was minimal. It's a good way to get around the city.

Definitely need to go back again when we have more time! What a beautiful and super fun place to spend half a day or so! Pretty views and lots of entertainment and things to do, eat and shop!

A very long and historic walk with some nice marks along the way that give you some details of the history, including some pictures from the past. I learned a lot and got good exercise.

Navark trip from Mercier to Ile Charron was easy to use and fairly priced. Super friendly staff! Now I want to check out their other routes.

Dry busy railway station situated underground in the city centre. Very convenient lift from out hotel, Fairmont Queen Elizabeth, down to station concourse. We travelled in business class seats so had the benefit of the lounge facilities at the station whilst waiting for our train.

Chanced upon Navette's service in the hostel and decided to book their trip to Mont Tremblant National Park. It was the best option I've found, as National Parks are usually inaccessible if you don't drive, and the price was really fair.

Proceed to book online, process was easy and confirmation was instant. When I have questions, the staff at Navette responded promptly either via call or email, it was amazing.

One day before the trip, Navette sent a reminder email with the meeting time, place and practical tips that is helpful for the trip. The bus was there on time and left on time as well - both for the departure and the return.

Will definitely seek their service again if I'm visiting another National Park!

Just returned from a return trip, on the ocean. After taking the California Zephyr train from Oakland to Chicago, I knew about long distance train travel. My thoughts on our trip: Going from Montrreal on August 31, we had great attendants, really liked Collin. All the baggage, and dining car people were very friendly. On the way back totally different...we had a very senior lady attendant who was so worried aboout wearing masks, even when we were in our own cabins. Not once did she ask if we would like a coffee etc. Even after we got off the train, in Montreal she went on and on about masks..the world is so past that.
We (two couples) found 4 of the meals good, the other two so so. For sure the rooms are small, none of us bothered with the showers. But the biggest complaint of all was the poor condition of the tracks. Not really via's problem. The ride was for the most part very rough and in parts the train went so slow, that we were two hours late arriving, both rails.
The scenery was nice leaving Montreal, around Halifax and parts of Quebec. But to be honest most of it was just close by trees.
Overall all of us were disappointed. We would not do this trip again, but would do the Toronto to Vancouver journey. We loved the California Zephyr trip, but were not fond of this jouney, certainly not worth what they charge.

AVOID CONNECTING AT YUL AT ALL COSTS.
This airport is the 7th circle of Hell.
Unbelievably slow process to connect; not sure who is slower & less caring, Montreal security or US Customs.
Both are worthless at their jobs.
