What travellers are saying
- Kim BPhiladelphia, PA13 contributionsI'm a public librarian in the USA and always try to see the public libraries in the various places in the world that I visit. BanQ now tops my list as the most awe-inspiring I've ever seen. Well worth a visit for anyone.Written July 30, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- BigGandLittleT241 contributionsA recent addition to the Montreal library scene, Bibliothèque Marc-Favreau is warm and welcoming. Great architecture, lots of light, natural wood and an open plan make for a great space.
One highlight is the solarium, where you can sit back and read magazines and newspapers. There is even a fireplace warm you can warm up on a chilly Montreal winter's day.
The staff is most helpful and pleasant.
There is an exposition on Marc Favreau, the library's namesake.Written August 7, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
