The travel guide is extremely knowledgeable and speaks both French and English very well. - Karsandra K2 contributionsIt was a crazy cold day but everything was worthy. As in the description, we truly felt like passed a VIP tour day, they even offered hand sanitizer and mask for free. The driver was friendly and professional even under the icy and snowy weather. The ice hotel is such a wonderful place, the pure beauty should always be admired. The tour guide was knowledgeable, we've learned a lot. And she also walked us even during free time in Quebec City, this saved us from the insane cold. She also took some great photos for our family. We originally had our trip cancelled due to the park closing from bad weather conditions, but Chris was able to find us another day to visit which we are so grateful for. Eric was our guide and he was loads of runs and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to give us an amazing experience. Highly recommend both this experience and the Gankor tours. Chris knew a lot about Mont Tremblant and we appreciated his knowledge. Since skiing wasn't an option, we went on a hike and walked through the quaint village. We were picked up right on time at our hotel and enjoyed a packed five hours touring all the Montreal highlights and history as promised. Yet the pace never felt hurried. Diana's uplifting and fun spirit allowed us to feel like "locals," at least for a few hours. Our guide had perfect instincts about our pace and interests -- and even introduced us to tasty Montreal bagels! It was all perfect! The tour guide was multilingual but not good at it. He was knowledgeable and instantly created a lovely rapport with the small group members. He also was a major communicator during and leading up to the tour, I always knew what to expect and where we were going, with tons of interesting commentary in-between. The itinerary was packed with great stops along the way from major sigjts to charming spots to soak up. Mounir packed a lot in and was always kind, easy-going and professional but also down-to-earth and with good humor. It was a wonderful respite from the hubbub of the city. There are play structures, parcours, areas to sit and rest. Each area has the distance on the sign before you enter so you know how far it is before you start. It's super clean, you can bring your own lunch, there's tons of picnic tables.
