What travellers are saying
- CarolynjuneTravels25 contributionsBasically, this is a mall. Sure you go down below street level to get there, but once you are there, it is merely a mall. Nevertheless, we enjoyed exploring it a bit.Written September 22, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- TruNuYawkrBrooklyn, NY48 contributionsA hidden treasure for the feminist in you! Stray a minute off the beaten path of Montreal and pay a visit to this exquisite collection of memorabilia. There's even a Barbie box you can enter and 'be a doll' yourself! Located on the 3rd floor of the mall, Les Cours Mont-Royal, afterwards come down to the 2nd to play a couple of games in the arcade. Makes for a simple fun day with the kids to play. FREE, accessible and a sweet treat for the eyes!Written August 15, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Mike CLincoln, NE261 contributionsWe recently attended a pre-season hockey game at the Centre Bell when we were touring Montreal. The venue is very impressive, and it is a great place to take in some hockey. I had pleasant interactions with the staff--when I first walked into the building looking confused a pleasant staffer told me how to find my section. The only negative was the price of the concessions. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend going to a hockey game if you are in town during the season.Written October 1, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ray TMontreal, Canada121 contributionsI attended several festivals in this area this summer. There a plenty of activities here, to watch, to participate or just enjoy a stroll on St-Catherine Street. It is closed off to cars, so the only traffic you have is foot traffic. I definitely recommend you drop by for at least one of many festivals during the summer in Montreal.Written August 28, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - 🥳 🎉 🥳 Keep Life Simple 🥳🎉🥳Pittsburgh, PA127,424 contributionsSaint Patrick's Basilica is well worth a stop. We just parked for free for a half hour in the small empty lot. The church is amazing and beautiful. Like most mentioned the stained glass windows are a work of art. The church is gothic style if that's your thing. For free you can't miss it.Written August 20, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Eva TUnited Kingdom4,986 contributionsIt is a huge shopping centre with excellent offer of food in the lower part which we visited a few times and some boutiques and other shops on the entry level. It has also bigger general store at the corner with good choice of fruit and veg.Written July 3, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Adrianna LTraverse City, MI134 contributionsIf you enjoy shopping, Centre Eaton De Montreal is the answer. It's a popular and spacious place with lots of shops. There's even the connecting underground city. Also a food court area with food options ranging from Lebanese to Thai. Was happy to find an Yves Rocher and Lush inside the centre.Written October 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Nomad796818Montreal, Canada3 contributionsGuarantee of great sound, I am not an audiophile but it does not matter where you sit for a great sound experience. The place was built for sound. Choose wisely for seats since if you are seeing a large concert maybe choose a little higher. Lower loges are no better than central and I prefer to see the entire show. Red Army Choir is my next. Pre pay parking and pre reserve dinner at local places makes things simple.Written December 17, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - IAN DWigan, UK26,149 contributionsInaugurated in 1992, the World Trade Centre occupies a full city block where Old Montréal and the Quartier international meet. Its modern architecture incorporates several historical buildings and a part of the old Ruelle des Fortifications. A portion of the Berlin wall offered to Montréal for its 350th anniversary, a majestic fountain, and the mural “Circulations” designed for the 20th anniversary of the Centre adorn the site. Connected to the underground pedestrian network, this veritable indoor village is covered with a massive glass skylight and houses shops, restaurantsWritten May 18, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - phvi2617Anaheim, CA647 contributionsThe Montréal Jazz Festival is awesome! I attended a paid concert featuring the Django Festival All-Stars and a few free shows including Ekep Nkwelle and Oktopus Trio. All the performances were terrific. The event is very well organized, and there are plenty of food options. Although there were tons of people, it never felt crowded. If you're a music lover, this festival is worth a trip.Written July 16, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TruNuYawkrBrooklyn, NY48 contributionsA hidden treasure of quick & quirky fun, this sweet treat of a mini-mall (in comparison to the giant ones of the States) has a very cool arcade, yummy eateries, and very clean restrooms! Home to the awesomely FREE Barbie Expo on the 3rd floor :) Cool spots for selfies that's always a big hit! Makes for a simple fun day with the kids to play!Written August 15, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - aetmauro24 contributionsOnly 1 recent review on TripAdvisor that I didn't see until I checked once we got inside. As interesting as the special exhibit of the Pussy Riots was (and it was very interesting), the museum was a let down from what we'd hoped to see. It didn't help that there were confusing signs at Complexes Desjardins and Place d'Arts in terms of where the contemporary museum was.
Very friendly staff! Will likely hold off visiting it again until the full renovation is complete.Written January 13, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
