This tour was highly enjoyable and very informative. Our tour guide Ella was dynamic, intelligent, enthusiastic and engaging. We sampled many treats in the four hours we were together - two different Hungarian desserts, two different types of bagels, a wonderful babka and a sandwich from Schwartz’s. By the end of the tour, it felt like we were all friends.

Loved the costumed character who introduce you to the ‘mansion’ and explained the room. Our only complaint was that the room was uncomfortably warm and could really use a few fans. A quick walk up on The Main is easy to get to with metered street parking. A vast selection of eateries in very close proximity. The vibe of the place is so relaxing, smooth music everywhere, fresh smell, beautiful boho decoration. That evening I went to see a satirical play. I was seated on row B, which is really at the front of the stage. The sound quality was very good and the seats were comfortable. So Excentris has 3 Projection rooms , a Cafe, a Bistro , good washrooms , very good coffee. It's a haven for a break on this busy street.The films are either French, Afghan, German, Quebecois, turk...but always leading a different path. You can buy 7 tickets in a Pass so that the average movie costs you around $8. Most movies have been played at the TIFF (toronto Film Fest) or some noteworthy Filmfest. There is a screen at the beginning of the game that explains everything and even gives you clues along the escape game. I recommend it to anyone ! Plus, the employee that was there was really kind.
