Christmas, spring, summer, or fall there’s always so much to do! We love the Christmas market, the summer vegetables, maple in the spring and everything about the fall! Great coffee, snacks, everything! We keep coming back!

My partner and I attempted to go one day and trekked out there on the bus. Unfortunately, they don't have English speaking tours every hour. From what I gathered, it's every other hour, so plan ahead. The next tour wasn't for a couple of hours, so we bailed that day and came back the next. And I'm SO glad we did.

The tour lasts about an hour and we had a lovely male tour guide who was friendly, knowledgeable and a terrific host.

There's not a LOT to do otherwise, but I say it's a great tour and very historic and should be on everyone's agenda. It does take a bit of time to get there, but it's worth it if you're a history buff.

They have a cute gift shop, there are some things to see outside, but the main attraction is the back building where you will learn about RURAL life way back when.

This is one of the major streets in Old Montreal and a good place to see grand old buildings, especially from the 19th Century; lots of office buildings. You will find some good restaurants here.

We went for the Pink Floyd exhibit which was absolutely Fantastic!. Unfortunately the museum itself was closed but from what we saw it's well worth a visit. Will return the next time we're in Montreal and spend a day here - looks like a wonderful collection of contemporary art. If you're in time for it go see the Pink Floyd exhibit and be prepared to spend at least 2 hours there.

The Angrignon Park was designed by the same architect as the Central Park in NYC, which is showing a lot by how the paths are done between the plants and lakes. Nice place to take a stroll, do your jogging or have a family picnic. (A lot of people also rent a part of the park to have a family event with barbecues and tents too ) You have to pay for the parking, but there's free parking in the streets around the park and it's also accessible by bus or subway.

I have actually hosted 2 events here in the last couple of months. One was a birthday party for about 70 people, ad the other was an office function for about 20 people. Both were great! The staff is so friendly and passionate about what they do. The space is so great, offering a unique spot for your parties. I look forward to the next opportunity I have to throw a party there!

Wonderful climbing gym, bright and clean. Staff is friendly, professional and attentive. Routes are changed weekly or more. Best climbing gym in Montreal! Good for bouldering, and a weight / workout room as well.

I have been coming here since they opened it, and even before then I used to be cycling along the canal and thinking what a good idea it would be just to open the fence and feed beer to thirsty walkers and cyclists. And one day, lo and behold! there it was - a little terrasse. Fast forward a few years and it is now a huge terrasse, with a a simple selection of bar food and friendly staff. There isn't any service - you go to the bar to get your drinks and order food, and you go pick the food up when called. Very like an English pub, in fact. I like their beers, and I like the food, and I like the location, and I will keep coming back - in summer anyway. It closes soon after Labour Day. Only grumble? Shrinkflation. The drink sizes my be the same, but the food portions aren't. But I suppose everyone is having trouble with rising costs right now. Going back again? Of course...

A little pricey ($27 per person no discounts ever) but submissive art is definitely the way to go!
Regular art feels too boring now:)
The one in Paris was cheaper, better music, longer, had 2 other exhibits and more benches.
Still didn't stop me from retrning a sercond time to immerse in the show here in Mtl...

I went to a sold our concert. My husband left his wallet on the bar and a good security guard grabbed it and hung on to it until my husband went looking for it... had they not been fast enough, it may have been stolen and we never would have found it in this huge sold out venue! The coat check was understaffed a bit... it took abut an hour to get our coats...

This is a big urban renewal area, not fully realized. It is dominated by the ETS University, the second biggest technical school in Canada. The campus buildings are all over the place, as well as residences for the students. Right now this area looks like a lot of construction sites, empty space and then modern apartment buildings. No Metro service.

It's the old courthouse, next to city hall and in Old Montreal. The architecture is pleasant, but not the prettiest in town. Avoid the new courthouse as it is dull.

This is one of my favorite galleries I like to visit when I'm in the city. They always surprise me with great exhibitions and amazing renowed Canadian artists. Definitively a must see place in Montréal.
