    We booked a spa package with three couples massages and a day with the relaxation experiences and they were all incredible. The Spa wasn’t overly crowded and the massages were very enjoyable. The pools were clean and warm and even though the air was very cold, you were able to stay fairly warm walking between different experiences. Our biggest problem was the check-in process. Our visit had been booked online and the QR code process that was supposed to have occurred to send QR codes for each of the six of us was very confusing and it took the desk clerk every bit of 45 minutes to figure it out. Four of us had early massages and we lost at least 15 to 20 minutes of our massage as the clerk tried to figure out how our reservation was so messed up in their computer system. My daughter spent 45 minutes in line and finally just said you need to fix this because we paid for six people. That part was very confusing and obviously did very little to create a relaxing experience. After we were registered, the experience was great and everybody enjoyed their time.

    This is my second time staying at this lovely Hotel and being pampered in their luxurious Spa - I highly recommend it for the following reasons:

    1) The rooms are very clean, renovated, bright (sunlight and ample light options everywhere in the room) and big;
    2) The beds, comforters and multiple pillows are extremely comfortable;
    3) There are a lot of shelving options offered in the washroom;
    4) The shower is absolutely amazing, with the water coming from the middle part of the ceiling over the bath tub, instead of the side wall - it truly feels like a whole body massage every time;
    5) The coffee offered at the Lobby is the best that I've had in Quebec - strong, yet still smooth at the same time;
    6) They offer a really neat waxing option at the Spa - Egyptian Waxing - which I really enjoyed because since it's made out of sugar, it also works as an exfoliant and at the same time it does not hurt nor irritate the skin nearly as much as regular wax;
    7) All the Staff are very friendly and helpful;
    8) The Hotel is very fairly priced, offers a very generous discount when booking for an extended period of time, and, very conveniently offers the option to extend your check-out time for an extra 3 hours until 2pm for only an extra $40;
    9) The Hotel is very conveniently located right off the highway and in walking distance to a really big and friendly convenience store;
    10) The Hotel has a new feature where your room entry is keyless - code activated instead - it was nice to not have to always worry about carrying the key around.

    We went on a Sunday morning, at their Family hours, and it was great. I have been to spas before but my kids hadn’t and it was a great experience for my two boys (9 and 12)

    I went there twice this month with my husband. Quiet place with music, very skillful massage. Each time makes me really relaxed, will come often.

    I was reluctant to go there since it's very popular and therefor I thought it would be a snobish place. When my parents-in-law suggested me and my partner went there on December 26th 2016 to spend the evening, I thought it was an odd idea.

    But I ended up having a great time! It was not too crowded, thankfuly. I liked the fact that the quiet spas and saunas are fare away from the ones that allow low voice chatting. Their chill-out room with adirondak chairs and been bags faces a large window with a view of Laurier boulevard and far away Quebec's south shore.

    The lounge is inviting and the menu surprised me by its variety. I had a mediteranean salad which was delicious. The free citrus water is a nice touch. Service was good both at the front desk or the lounge.

    The only negative point is they do not lend robes for free.

    I can't wait to go back next holiday!

    The services here were amazing! Between my partner and I we had massages, a face treatment and a pedicure and they were all outstanding.

    The only downside is that there isn’t really a separate spa facility with steam rooms, etc. Everything is just combined with what is available to all hotel guests so not the best place to relax. There isn’t even a separate waiting area other than right by where you sign in and we weren’t given robes, etc. Five stars for the services, three stars for the facilities.

    The hotel almost feels like a retreat in a small paradise. Gardens and pool areas are well maintained and yet pretty quiet for a relaxing time. The staff is very nice and helpful. Make sure to reserve a room only in the renovated section.

    A great place for a massage. I have gone in a few times last minute and another couple preplanned. I have experienced three masseuses, all of which are very professional and that do a great job.

    Nice receptionist and manager. Fluent in English with Relaxing massage.
    We drove to the wrong branch and reached late, they tried their best to accommodate the full hour and didn't charge for one massage.

    Francis did a great job on my back. I was in Quebec for a few weeks and started to have lower back pain. A 90-minute physiotherapy session with Francis helped considerably . Francis speaks a little English, so every time my French faltered, we were able to communicate a bit in English. I would not hesitate to go back to Masseo if I were to need additional physiotherapy.
