- Sightseer673757088861 contributiongreat place to rent a canoe, kayak or SUP - everyone was very helpful. All the staff we interacted with spoke English and French. They have a little food spot there called Super Super - honestly a very surprising place to eat - The best poutine I had in Quebec, the kefti was great and so was the sandwich. I would not believe this if I did not eat there myself. The canoe and gear we rented were in great shape - the staff very instructive. Parking is scarce and you should make a reservation ahead of time but honestly - we will be back. This place is great.Written August 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Canuck123Ottawa, Canada250 contributionsWe walked all the way to the port location and it was closed - even though we were there during hours of operation. So very bummed. We had been looking forward to taking some scooters to the island given the favourable weather ...Written June 26, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - DawnShelby, OH1 contributionWe had a one day stop in Quebec on an ocean cruise. We had rented city bikes to do a 4 hour ride to the falls on our own. Unfortunately the day was extremely windy. We stopped in to the bike shop to explain that we would have to cancel due to high winds. Marc was very helpful and suggested that we could to it with e-bikes. Having never really ridden e-bikes he gave us thorough instructions and explained map and directions. We had a wonderful ride (bike trail the whole way) and the falls were spectacular.Written October 1, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - elizluttmerCincinnati, OH6 contributionsMy husband and I took our anniversary trip to Quebec and did a 4 hr snowmobile ride in January! It was so much fun and we had such a great experience! We were well informed and felt very comfortable during our excursion

The little winter clothing we had was several decades old. Being able to rent all the outerwear (from tuque to boots) was the perfect solution. Emilie made it so easy, meeting us at our hotel on our first night to get the sizes right. We then left it at our hotel before we left. She provided high quality gear, with things like the cell phone holder that I never would have thought of. I highly recommend this service!Written December 29, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- SchatziQcMontreal14 contributionsWe used Ecolocyclo twice during our stay in Québec City. We first took a trip to Ile d'Orleans and on another trip we went on the "Route Verte" along the Québec/Lévis shore.
-Ile d'Orleans: friendly taxi driver took us back and forth to the Island (25-30 min drive). Beautiful landscape. 4-5hr biking path (50km) to go from Ste-Pétronille (chocolaterie there is a must), then to Moulin St-Laurent Restaurant, then across the island (Route du Mitan, one of the most beautiful route in the Island) and on Chemin Royal. Many stops are possible to restaurants, wineries, cidreries, etc. People are friendly on the Island and helpful for directions too. Too bad there's no designated bike path. This would make one of the nicest in Québec Province.
-Route verte: designated bike path all over Quebec Province. We took the one along Quebec city (Chemin du Littoral) and crossed over the bridge to Lévis and came back with the ferry boat to Québec (15 min total). This path was about 27km. There are lovely restaurants/bars close to the ferry for a stop before going back to Québec City.
Overall, Ecolocyclo service was excellent and owners very friendly and helpful for suggestions. Definitely worth it.Written September 5, 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
