The tour guide, Adam, was really friendly and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and he wanted us all to get the best out of the tour

We lucked out with the most beautiful, clear day into the Yukon Territory. We traveled with 4 Jeeps in our party and it was easy to follow along with the iPads provided. As others recommended, if you are on a cruise, de-board the boat as soon as you can to get in line to get your jeep. Once we checked in, there was a long wait. We were able to beat a lot of the bus tours and had many of the sites to ourselves. Make sure to leave time coming back to Alaska. Customs returning to the US was quick but we did wait about an hour in line to get into Canada in the morning. This was a great way to see the sights on your own. We took the top off the Jeep and had a blast!!

Jaron was both informative and entertaining. I’d recommend to the naturalist or history buff. We saw a moose today which was one of our highlights of the excursion. Good glimpse at at how massive and culturally rich this territory is

I highly recommend Skagway Luxury Tours. We had the best day with Jaren and it was one of the highlights of the cruise. It was just our family and it was so nice to be able to stop for photos and get personalized attention. We even saw a bear!!!! A SUV picks you up at the Ore Dock, right next to the ship. The SUV fits six. In addition to all other of the photo stops, we stopped at the Yukon Suspension Bridge on the way up as well as Carcross, YT for bathroom breaks. On the way back to Skagway we stopped back at the Yukon Suspension Bridge for lunch which was amazing! Jaren knows a ton about the area and was able to answer all of our questions.

When the White Pass Yukon Route Railway train from Whitehorse to Skagway was cancelled for 2022, I needed alternative transportation options for my trip.

I fortunately found the Skagway Explorer tour through Epic North. This trip takes you from Whitehorse to Skagway, making a number of interesting stops along the way (e.g. Emerald Lake, Forty Mile Rapids, Carcross, Carcross Desert and many more).

The owner of Epic was always responsive to my emails. He agreed to pick me up from Skagway midway through the tour and bring me back to Whitehorse. If it wasn't for them, I may still be stranded in Alaska!

Huge thanks to Yuya for being a great driver/tour guide. He is quite knowledgeable, personable and accommodating.

Thanks again for bringing me back to Canada!

The tour guide ensured that we experienced captivating and unique natural splendor during this tour. I like outdoor adventure and therefore I really had a great time in this tour, experiencing much of the beauty of the Canadian wilderness.

We were a group of 6, 4 adults and two kids (13 & 14 years old). Our guide was Jaren and he was GREAT! We enjoyed every part of our 7-hour tour from Emerald Lake to the Suspension Bridge to the dog Mushing. We even got to see a mama bear with triplet cubs!

We were picked up exactly on time in a clean, comfortable and modern bus/van and taken out to the sites described. Our guide was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We made many rest break stops which was appreciated as it is a long day. The hike up the rock glacier was tricky after the boardwalk ended, getting steeper and involving some stepping stones. Not for the mobility challenged.
My one disappointment was that this tour shows a picture of the glacier and you do not get to see it which is really misleading. A bag lunch ( sandwich, water, apple, granola bar) was provided.

Loved it. You get all activities in one package. Hot spa is a must.
4 stars: some guides were Japanese, with questionable English, although they were trying.
City sightseeing - not needed, as you can do it yourself.
Lots of spare time, with nothing to do. You can safely return on the fourth day.

This was the first time I had done a tour like this. I enjoyed the fact that it was self paced and I could replay the most interesting parts. Do miss being able to ask questions about specific things of interest to me. However, for the low cost it was definitely worth it.
