- Abraham Cañavera13 contributionsCompletely recommended!
I took the Ruby Range hiking and camping trip in June.
Everything was great, starting with the communication to schedule and organize the trip, continuing with the punctuality of all the members of Terre borrale, the excellent guidance of Edouard (our hiking mountain guide), every food was home made and felt heart warming and nutritious, the helicopter ride and the views of the mountains in the range during the daily hikes, camping in the wild, the flora and the fauna left me amazed.
The staff and experience provided by Terre Borrale was very professional and at the same time very friendly. I'm looking forward to going on other trips with them.Written November 11, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Everything was made stress free from online booking, payment, friendly communication, transfers to and from our B&B, to the yummy homemade cookies and hot drinks! Sean is an incredibly passionate and knowledgeable guide who gave us a free night sky tour, as well as setting up tripods and our phone cameras to capture the amazing aurora. He also kindly shared his photos that he took on the night including ones of us. It was a truly memorable experience, one to tick off the bucket list! Thank you very much Sean!!Written October 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Wolf Pack2 contributionsAnother fabulous tour from Ross River to Pelly Crossing.
Highlight along the river was taking turns in spotting wildlife like: pikes, salmon, blackbear, eagle, wolf, porcupine, moose…
Our tour guide Rainer's skilful leadership was proved once again in the drive, knowledge and friendliness with which he approached the tasks in hand and his tour members.
During our tour through the wildernis we were provided with a varied range of foods, to the delight of the group, clearly a standard typical of Adventure Tours. Excellent equipment and punctual transfers round up the service. Rainer's sensitive awareness for the needs of the group supported a convivial atmosphere and team spirit.
On the backdrop of the unparalleled beauty of the Yukon Territory this trip served to bring out good vibes in everyone.
Thank you Rainer.Written October 8, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - LouiseMelbourne, Australia11 contributionsThe highlight of my trip so far.
Naomi is a brilliant communicator, I knew exactly what I needed to bring for the tour well in advance. The equipment is high quality with a great safety briefing and tutorial.
The climbs themselves were amazing. I felt supported the whole time.
Having warm drinks in front of the fire between climbs was a treat!Written January 4, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We really enjoyed hearing about her experiences in the Yukon. She packed a great picnic lunch for us to enjoy at Kathleen Lake. We recommend this tour!Written October 7, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jean-JacquesColombes, France1 contributionI took a lot of pleasure with my 3 teenage kids going on a 5 days canoeing trip on the Yukon river from Lake Laberge to Little Salmon by the end of August 2019.
The trip was perfectly organized (a must when going in the wild outdoor) and yet we had the complete feeling of freedom that one can enjoy in such a nature landscape. Andrea knows how to guide the group so that we could all move safely and enjoy each and every moment. We even took a chance pike fishing, saw salmons going upstream...
Besides being an experienced guide, Andrea is a passionate nature lover, sharing and explaining, and there is a lot on the Yukon.
I warmly recommend going on a trip with Andrea.Written September 25, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
