Our guide was a young girl who explained everything in detail and advised us repeatedly of the security rules to be taken. Our tour was in French which was the common language for our group but notices and guides are available in English. It is of course quite cold underground at 12 C degrees so wear suitable clothes and shoes. Some of the pathways slopped quite a bit and were slippery in parts with low ceilings too. At the end there is a 10-15 minute boat ride ending in a large cavern with an amazing light show. Afterwards there are 40 plus steps back out in to the daylight.
Well worth the 45 minute or so visit if you are in the area.
