- lyndao243Auckland12 contributionsWe had a fabulous ride on the Tasman Great Taste trail. I hired a Hybrid e-bike from Nelson Cycles. It was an easy pick up and drop off at the depot next to the airport terminal. Great service and great bikes. I would highly recommend this company when hiring bikes.Written March 13, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - EllieQueenstown, New Zealand8 contributionsWe loved our tasting room experience, our host was super friendly and knowledgeable. We then stayed for a platter which was delicious. Large outdoor play area for kids, which was great to see family inclusive and therefore busy and good vibes. (Food came quickly). Don't have children ourselves but great atmosphere and service. They also gave recommendations for next wineries to visit which we loved.Written December 31, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - John K1 contributionReally nice steady climb to the top and plenty of variety of runs at a variety of levels on the way down. They've even got a coffee cart at the start of the track.Written November 10, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Louis9876Greater Wellington, New Zealand2 contributionsWe went on the 1.5 hour horse trek with guide Olivia this morning. It was the most amazing experience, beautiful 360 degree views, very well behaved horses and professional and friendly guide.
As part of the trip we rode past a Kaimanawa horse sanctuary where we were able to watch the horses interact as they do in the wild. We also saw a lot of other animals including deer, quail, sheep and cows.
Had such a great time, I would definitely recommend Kaimanawa Hills Farm to anyone who wants to get out and see the New Zealand country side.Written December 28, 2014This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. As long as you go at the right time of year, the fruit will be delicious and plentiful. The ice cream is famously delicious and very popular with the adults and children of the family.
It's great to know it's a family run business. It's not too busy and the staff are lovely, especially in the adorable shop/cafe. The only thing to note is to be prepared to pay for what you pick of course.Written April 30, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We were made very welcome and everyone was so nice! Hire clubs were ok and the course is a little cracker - typical links course with undulating fairways. Greens are in excellent condition and take a ball fired in from distance. Surrounding views are lovely too. 19th Hole was good too, with good range of beers and some tasty food. Thanks everyone for a lovely afternoon and for making us feel welcome!Written March 19, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ZackNelson, New Zealand1 contributionGreat little escape room, lots of attention to detail and gadgets and the staff are lovely. The rooms are rotated and modified regularly enough.Written February 11, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Susan PUpper Moutere, New Zealand19 contributionsLovely staff, super comfortable seats, very smart toilets, but the food has gone downhill. The burgers and fries used to be delicious but have been very disappointing the last two times.Written July 28, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MAP122Christchurch, New Zealand19 contributionsWe went and it was very busy, and very overpriced! Lots of activities in one area though and staff were helpful. Wouldn’t go again.Written October 4, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
