From pick up, Adrian was fantastic with great explanations about the history of the old growth forest, including types of trees, berries, and animals that frequent the forest. The suspension bridge over Lynn's falls was spectacular. The homemade treats at halfway gave us all the energy for the return trip. You couldn't meet a nicer guide that loves what he does. Allow 4- 5 hours for the 1/2 day. Mid range fitness is required as there are a lot of steps. Thank you, Adrian.
    What a wonderful day

This was an amazing hike up a beautiful trail. Nafees was terrific and very patient as my wife and I are both in our 60s and don't move like mountain goats anymore. I can strongly recommend working with Nafees and taking this hike!

Nafees is a great tour guide, and the perfect guy if you are going to Lynn Canyon and walking a suspension bridge for the first time. He knew exactly how the bridge feels and could prepare me. PLUS while I was walking across trying not to look down, he helped by snapping some great pics. After, we toured the far side of the park, stopping by the 30 foot pool that was loaded with people. After stopping in a lesser known clearing for some great tree pics, we traversed the Twin Falls bridge, taking our time for photos (this is a solid bridge).
Nafees also had great tips for using the custom settings that my camera had- I had been having trouble balancing light in its photos and Nafees had a workaround for it. And ask him how to use the Long Exposure on your iPhone camera!
This park is great for water photos, however you may want to wait for summer swimming to be over as there were jumpers at the Pool and the Twin Falls Bridge. And the suspension bridge had a group of young men thinking about it. Nafees made a point of showing me a sign from 9 years ago listing all the injuries and deaths jumping from bridges and cliffs caused from 2001-2015.

Although I've been going to school at UBC for 3 years now, i haven't seen too much outside of the city. Now of course i've been to Lynn Canyon, who hasn't, but learning SO much about the temperate rain forest, trees, and wild life was very interesting and eye opening. It's amazing how we can be surrounded by so much and know very little about it. We had a fantastic farm-to-table lunch after Lynn Canyon and went for a 10ish mile bike ride. WOW! I didn't even know this area/trails existed. So much beauty, yet very quite and peaceful.

The whole day was fantastic, from the Mercedes Shuttle pickup in Downtown, to learning about our forests, impeccable fresh lunch, joyous and refreshing bike ride by the farms and mountains, to the smooth ride back to Downtown with enjoyable tunes!

I highly recommend this experience to anyone, wether you're visiting in Vancouver or a local looking to get into some green spaces. Paul was a great guide!
