Plane is a lot smaller than I thought, especially as we are a larger, tall couple. The frustration on the day was trying to find the meeting point, no signage and had to ask a couple of people for help. Felt a bit strange wandering around what we thought was to be a secure airport area and luckily we had left early to allow plenty of time to find the office. I went with my wife and our kids and everyone had a great time. The pilots were very friendly and made the experience very special for our children. - Wendy B4 contributionsStayed here 2 weeks in August and returned in September. Greeted with a big smiles from front desk. M club employees Kaddish, Tyneeka, Andrew and Rosa were awesome. I will return to this hotel in November even though it is not the perfect location to visit my family.
