We were able to continue our bike adventure when we returned to our base camp in Oliver. Out hour went by way to fast and it was so much fun we are going to be there next summer too. From kids to grandparents were out there having a blast. Jordy has no boss to correct him and he can do and say what he likes so be very careful not to say anything that will trigger him to jerk you around. Worse, he will take pleasure in making you suffer! Even if recent medical problems are true, no excuse for this behavior. I'm convinced he's always been like this! No competition in Osoyoos allows this to continue over and over per other bad reviews. I'd hoped I could write a good review as I believe I was very polite, patient and communicative but latter was all one-sided. Your calls will not be returned, he'll tell you how incredibly busy he is and has lines of ready-made excuses to feed you! He will entice you in with promises but then no delivery, no progress. Your boat will be out of the water not just days but weeks! Meanwhile he'll be taking pleasure jerking you around and if you show slightest sign of upset he will escalate animosity and you find you have no rights as customer, he will punish you and delight in doing so with delays and that initial feeling you had about being ripped-off is now about to happen for real! Haul your boat away before you are stuck with him! There are some good choices just north at Skaha Lake, two guys {owners} where the exact opposite is true! Accommodating, they will explain the work, knowledgeable, friendly, respect for your situation and eager to solve technical problems which with modern outboards unfortunately have to begin with an engine diagnostic with resulting error codes to troubleshoot exact cause.Written July 13, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
