- ronb712Mission, Canada211 contributionsOsoyoos Lake is a gem, we love visiting here and staying for vacations! Loads of beach areas to lay around or swim in, plenty of parking, and hot, very, very hot in the summer!!Written October 12, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Joel KVancouver, Canada3,161 contributionsA wonderful tasting at this well thought of Winery. We had several red and white wines. The tasting room has a beautiful view of the Osoyoos Lake and the mountains.Written February 5, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Lucy_PortAlberta, Canada28 contributionsA little scary to drive but worth the trouble. Definitely worth it to see the entire valley. A great place for the sub sets.Written February 20, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- jonathankerrGuelph, Canada43 contributionsMy pictures do not do the lake justice. The spots do not help with understanding of the lake. The lake was very quiet and very detailed.Written October 31, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Mandy CNorth Vancouver, Canada47 contributionsAbsolutely stunning setting, with some really great wines (particularly if you are a red wine fan).
Everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.Written July 2, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - ontheroad2006Calgary, Canada32 contributionsThe fact that the Visitor Centre is combined with an interesting gift shop makes this a worthwhile stop. Good advice on local activities. Always a friendly welcome (and we've been here many times!)Written February 11, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Mary RazzEdmonton, Canada35 contributionsDrove to this trail - about 40 minutes on a bumpy washboard road but very manageable.
We did the 3km loop (Chopaka Lookout Loop) and highly recommend. It took us about an hour to complete and we loved the views throughout. There were areas that were very easy and flat and others with a good climb but it was doable. Well worth the trip. The trail was well marked as well. A definite highlight of our trip!Written September 11, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - CitizensBarcelona, Spain1,256 contributionsWe were so pleased to find the Adega Winery open during our trip to Osoyoos.
We stopped in for a tasting, ($5 per person), and thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
The wines were delicious, our host extremely knowledgeable and charming. We had a great conversation. We also appreciate the Portuguese family heritage of the winery.
Cannot recommend it highly enough!Written March 21, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - winegeek-flKelowna, Canada177 contributionsGiven its modest size, this gallery has a great variety of exhibits from local artists, ranging from paintings to photography.Written January 17, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Amanda Lynn1 contributionI am gobsmacked by the accessibility and beauty of the space itself, humbly beginning with a small hallway that betrays nothing of the immensity that lies ahead! Adorning this hallway, and indeed the entirety of the gallery's interior, are collected works of a collective of artists, each with their own unique voice, and brilliant commentary that is birthed in and deeply reflective of this local context that is the South Okanagan. It was truly a blessed experience to encounter Libby -- one of the artists of the collective and to have such an unhurried opportunity to drink in a veritable smorgasbord of beautiful and diverse artwork!Written May 14, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Bruce O1 contributionJust by chance while visiting Osoyoos ,we turned off the main highway when we saw the sign for the fruit market. The owners were so kind they helped us purchase the peaches and nectarines and then we noticed the excellent peach pie and the pickeled preservatives and home made jams.
Back in Kelowna that evening we served the peach pie .Everyone raved about how good it tasted . The pie disappeared in a flash everyone requesting another piece. That’s when I remembered how fortunate I was that I had taken the Van Kalkeren Orchards buisness card .On our next trip back from Montreal we will make sure to visit this fruit Market.Written September 6, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Edward BOsoyoos, Canada62 contributionsWe are an regular customer for our garden plants
