It's worth a trip to the actual winery. Impressive. Beautiful building in a nice location near the lake. Knowledgeable staff. - CathyV63Vernon, Canada226 contributionsWe had a great trip to the desert centre. The staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. We learned so much. The tour given by Larissa was brilliant. She did a wonderful job of educating us about all the areas on the boardwalk trail. She brought the area to life and her enthusiasm for its ecology was infectious. The centre has great displays about the local flora and fauna and the boardwalk is truly marvellous. They even had umbrellas to borrow if you wanted shade from the sun on your walk. We stopped in for a tasting, ($5 per person), and thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
The wines were delicious, our host extremely knowledgeable and charming. We had a great conversation. We also appreciate the Portuguese family heritage of the winery.

- Sara CVancouver, Canada31 contributionsWe have been using ATB WATERSPORTS for multiple years now. We have used them for the third year in a row because the excellent services provided. Our first year was with Cpt Rob, this year and the last we had Noah. Both of them are superb and patient especially with our children who are new to watersports (wakeboarding/kneeboarding). It’s an enjoyable day out on the boat and our family looks forward to doing it with them each time we are in Osoyoos for the summer. Cannot rave about them enough. The boats are always new and clean, the experience is awesome every time. He is always attentive to our needs and goes above and beyond to ensure we always have the best time. When our first winery of the day wasn’t quite ready for us he recommended right away we go across the street to a close by winery. When we had a bit extra time between wineries he suggested we add on an additional winery. He also spoke to the restaurant at NK’MIP to get us one of the best patio tables with a view. Kent is very thoughtful and is always thinking how to make your day special. Communication with Lisa before the tour was great and we got exactly what we were hoping for! Lisa was very knowledgeable and pleasant.
We couldn't have wished for a better driver and experience. Franz was in constant communication since April 2021 when we booked this tour in the middle of Covid-19 pandemic, not knowing if we would be able to make it at all. We rescheduled tour once. He suggested wineries and lunch locations. It was so awesome. He changed some winery tours along the way. He not only knows the locals but understands your tastes. Totally recommend it not only for the winery selection but for all the info and knowledge received.
