We both like a deeper tissue massage and the two massage therapists we had did an amazing job, and really knew what they were doing! I wish I lived closer to go more often. We were visiting Canmore, and I badly needed a deep tissue massage to give some relief to neck and hip area pain made worse by downhill skiing. Andy, who I found out has extensive experience with elite athletes (not that I am one 😎), performed his magic, and as a result, I left feeling pain-free and having way more mobility in my neck. The day after, I fell back on my neck and upper back while cross country skiing, and he fit me in to provide me with some relief, and some post-massage tips. - Jetty N4 contributionsI have been going to Carmen for a couple of years now. I thought it was time to write a review about my experiences because it's a great one! I do go for multiple things to Carmen, as she is so knowledgeable about different issues. I am also going for monthly Vitamin IVs to Carmen, to boost my health in general as I had Lyme disease in the past. I had different types of face and body treatments. The treatments are amazing, and working for my skin, but also the vibe in the clinic is amazing. Her new beauty bar downtown Canmore is definitely worth checking out too! Aaryn Dobson has helped me heal through my chronic back and shoulder pain. She is super skilled and even recommended some stretches to help me with my condition. Highly recommend not just her but all the talented therapists and their services. I enjoyed one of the best massages from Cheryl and a facial from Jami that was amazing. I have had back pain for over a year. Dr. Darren, the chiropractor was very knowledgeable and helped me understand my injury along with creating a treatment plan that would help get me to a more functional active lifestyle.
