After being postponed twice due to the weather conditions, I was finally able to make the flight on a beautiful but chilly morning in St. Jacob's. The staff were amazing. It was quite quite a misty morning, and as we took to flight, our operator, Irish, was hoping the fog would break so we could stay up longer. But unfortunately, it actually got foggier, so he made the tough decision to land earlier than anticipated out of concern for our safety. Which the entire group completely appreciated. After returning back to where we launched, we enjoyed a glass of champagne. On my way home, I was surprised to receive a phone call from the staff saying that because my flight had been cut short, I would be receiving another voucher to use for a future ride. Talk about top-notch customer service! I HIGHLY recommend trying this experience. Our pilot shared so much information about the fields and towns below. The crew was amazing ... taking photos, reassuring passengers like myself who were a little nervous, and allowing the passengers to assist with packing up. Thank you for cancelling us once due to weather ... it's your professional opinion that keeps passengers safe! - Deborah-Anne M1 contributionOur guide impressed us with her many ways of sharing the history of the community and was able to answer all of our questions with ease and a smile. She had introduced us to a few members who showed us baked goods, meats, cheeses, milk to name a few. The pride and joy was very evident in their products and conversations with us.

What I have paid in rental over the years I could have bought a kayak. Now one place has them on sale. $79.00 tax included for a 2 hour paddle is way too much. I just went this year July of 2022 and thats it for me for the year. This time was with couples and the day was great fun and went to different places than I have been on the other two tours! Additionally, we were promised a tour guide, but none was provided, which significantly affected our experience. The excursions we paid for were also not conducted as advertised. Overall, I expected much better service and attention to detail.
