    Excellent Tour and Scenery
    This was a great tour. It was exactly what we wanted. Our guide, Shannon, was a great driver and tour guide. She picked us up at our hotel and we drove to Horseshoe Bay where we caught the ferry to Nanaimo. The scenery was spectacular. We stopped in Coombs to visit the market, eat lunch, photograph the goats on the roof, and eat delicious donuts. We continued on to Pacific Rim National Park (more spectacular scenery and good hiking.) We stayed in an impressive one-bedroom tourist apartment in Ucluelet. The next day we had breakfast at the Long Beach Resort where enjoyed the view of this amazing beach and got to watch a surf class. We toured Tofino, hiked the rainforest, and headed back to Vancouver. On the return trip, we stopped in Port Alberni for lunch. The donuts were so good, we stopped in Coombs again to buy more. This was an excellent two days.

    Professional, Safe, Caring, Excellence - That's how I would describe the crew, the tour and the company!
    Where to star with this tour company! It's high season but I didn't want to book tickets and not go or possibly lose out as my mother is elderly and we didn't know if she could get in and out of the boat with her bad knee. Caleb (the owner) and the rest of the crew showed great empathy and care when they were dealing with us. They are all about giving you a positive experience. They held the seats for us and allowed us to come down early to try it out. They made a group effort to help my mother get into and out of the boat and kept checking in with her the entire trip. On the way to and from the boat, climbing the steep ramp, they were there the entire way to make sure she was okay even though it was a turtles pace. They actually cared!

    On to the actual tour. They made every effort and were successful in tracking down whales and additional sea and wild life. The live narrative was absolutely fantastic; filled with facts, personal observations, scientific explanations and theories, indigenous knowledge and traditions and other cool topics. The crew were super friendly and engaging to everyone on the boat.

    Whale watching was a bucket list item for my parents and they made sure that it was off the charts! (pun intended).

    Thank you for making a dream come true and ensuring that it was such a positive experience!

    Great phtogeapher, great experience and great pictures. This was such an easy service and i am so happy with the outcome
    Our experience was great. The photograph was super nice and made the experience very comfortable for us. I would recommend this service again and will hopefully do it again in the near future.

    The best way to spend the morning
    We loved this trip although the steering of the kayak was a bit tricky sometimes! Our guides were so knowledgeable on the harbour and any questions we had. We felt very secure on the water and on land. We were lucky enough to see starfish, California sea lions, bald eagle and two black bears!!!
    The only thing we would change is the instructions to meet at the beginning, we were a little confused but asked a nice lady in a shop, who directed us.

    Victoria and Butchart Gardens Tour (Round Trip from Vancouver)
    This excellent tour was led by Senan Magennis who was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, caring, organised and was able to add a note of humour and sincerity throughout the rather long day. With time on both the bus and the ferry, interest was maintained throughout.
    Senan is an excellent driver and ensured the trip was smooth and well explained. His ability to provide highlights and talking points ensured a memorable day. He was always willing to engage in that extra mile.
    Butchart Gardens are simply amazing and Victoria captivating. Much to see and enjoy at both.
