Recently took the cookery class. The instructor was knowledgeable and the food we produced was good. However the kitchen needs to be completely reorganized as it seemed overwhelmed.The chef needs an assistant. Individual workstations need to be ready for students and the pots , pans and knives should be readily accessible, nothing was really prepared . Students were put into groups and worked on one segment of the meal. . It should also be noted that the students did not eat till 8pm, which is fine, but a snack , glasses of water, etc should be available or the students made aware that they need to supply them.Recipes were given but not necessarily followed. We had fun, but didn’t learn anything new.
