This is a well-known destination, so it is difficult to add new insight. Pay on the day access is CDN$21. There are three beaches; Outlet, Dunes and Lakeshore. Outlet Beach is the very long, sandy one and Dunes has a steep drop, so less good for families. We like the picnic area at Lakeshore Lodge (there is no lodge, it is the site where it once was) as it has tables and benches.

Nice views of lake, would be great spot for sunset pics. Other side of street also has view of bay.

Wonderful winery and handmade cheese made from local sources. Not usually a Chardonnay fan but I liked this one. I would say the win, tasting options and the cheese samples are worth the drive to this gem.

The sand is sooo soft and the water so clear. The dunes make the beach so interesting. There is an area that offer a flatter beach but we chose to stay around the dunes. There is some shade as there are some vegetation around there. If you're not looking to face the waters, you can actually go and sun bathe up in the dune area at the top. There was probably so much to see but we only stayed for the afternoon.

Excellent service, flight of beer, and light food fare. The view was very nice and general atmosphere was great. We took our 17 month grandson, it was a nice place for him to roam. Would definitely go again.

This small ferry is a fun way to get from Adolphustown to Glenora in Prince Edward County. It is free and runs daily year-round.

This was my first time at Point Petre and it did not disappoint. The pebble beach is located on lake Ontario and the sight and sound of the waves crashing into the pebble beach and the rocks was a beautiful sight to see. We did not see any signs for Point Petre. We drove to the end of Army Road where there was a patch of grass where we parked. We could hear the sounds of the waves from here. We walked the short distance along a short dirt road until we got to the water.

Absolutely fantastic, lovely atmosphere & great beer. We’d already had lunch or would have had some food. Lived it here & definitely return on my next visit to Canada. Staff were excellent

Picton is the place to be. Great vibes, quaint streets with interesting and artsy businesses. The Regent has 400 seats which were filled to capacity for the live show we attended. Refreshments available including alcohol and very relaxed about taking food and drinks into the theatre. Great sound and visibility from every seat. A really pleasant community-minded spot which hosts all kinds of great events.

The Local Store could just as easily be called ‘The Local Treasure’!
I visited with a girlfriend, when we were spending 3 days in PEC.
On the day of our visit, we took shelter from a rainstorm, and got lost among the aisles and aisles of fabulous food, gifts, clothing, art, jewelry and more!
Plan on taking your time (we were there for a little over 2 hours!), so that you can savour each area of the store.
The Local Store is well laid out across two floors; and you just keep coming upon a new oasis of treasures for you to enjoy.
Finally, what capped off our experience was the friendly, fabulous staff.
If you’re in the area, do not miss it!!

Nice conservation are just south of Picton.
A mixture of trails when it comes to levels of difficulty.
Only problem is they charge for parking...in nature !!

This statue has been removed by the city. Not certain if it is storage, destroyed or relocated to somewhere else.

This pleasant airy gallery is in the middle of Picfon, the main town in Prince Edward County in Ontario. It has a good selection of work from local artists and we bought a striking painting.

We were 11 friends and enjoyed this place, supper clean and well maintained!

We were there on Tuesday afternoon, we had PIZZA 🍕 DELICIOUS YUM! Canned beers/cocktail at your disposal as well!

I highly recommend this activity with friends and family!
