It's great to walk up the the Hayle estuary and back and has great views across to Godrevy and the lighthouse.

I had wonderful views of ospreys (plural) and a kingfisher, as well as perhaps ten types of wader; little egrets; wigeon; shelduck; teal.
Today we saw a solitary spoonbill and a knot and a Mediterranean gull together with some bar tailed godwits and a curlew.....all very interesting to observe even for a rank amateur like me.
