It did what it said on the tin and much much more. The driver and guide were knowledgeable and entertaining.
The tour made our trip the best.

A must if you visit Liverpool, to 'ferry across the Mersey', as per Gerry Marsden! Lovely little cruise with some nice photo opportunities across the River to the City.

Lee was simply fantastic. He's the best tour guide I've ever had. Fun, knowledgable, and welcoming. Our stay at the Snowdonia National Park and Aqueduct were particular amazing. This trip is very recommended in fall since the leaves are in so many shades of green and yellow.

Terribly rainy day, but we just rode the bus around and didn’t hop off until it slowed to a drizzle. Tony did a great job on his first day narrating and even sang us a bit of Maggie Mae.

Had an amazing time on this tour. The tour guide was very friendly and made us laugh quite a bit. We also learned a lot and took loads of nice pictures. It was especially nice to be right next to the pitch. We got lucky and the rain stopped and the sun came out. If you're an LFC fan, I highly recommend this tour if you're not able to watch a match. Also, check out the nearby murals.

If you are a Beatles fan this is the trip for you. You travel around Liverpool, in a comfortable coach, to the places mentioned in the Beatles songs and visit the early homes of George, Ringo, John and Paul. The information imparted by the tour guide Charlie was excellent, he explained the relevance of some of the Beatles lyrics, give a potted history of their early lives and interspersed this with some interesting facts about Liverpool. If you excuse the dad jokes Charlie was an excellent tour guide. The music chosen on the trip was relevant to the places we visited. This was not an easy drive, but Steve the driver always made sure that when we stopped it was a very safe area and the drive around was smooth and comfortable. The tour ended with a free entry to the cavern club.

Ian took us on a wonderful journey through the Beatles history. He knows so many things about the boys to tell and he is such a lovely and nice person. What a great day we had again. We did the tour also a few years ago and it was brilliant now and then 🎶🎶🎶

Allan was our tour guide and this tour was very entertaining. The 3 hours went very quickly and we covered a lot of ground but it was so interesting you didn’t notice. Lots of fun facts about the Beatles and some Liverpool history made it an enjoyable walking tour. Would highly recommend!

What an amazing tour! The guides were incredibly knowledgable and enthusiastic about the Beatles. Thee wasn’t anything they didn’t know about the Beatles. And the van was super lush and comfortable. Thank you!

A short train trip from where I was staying took me to the impressive offices of the Mersey Ferry Company by the Liverpool Building and Beatles statue.

I easily exchanged my voucher for bus and ferry tickets, and as I had just missed a ferry, they run on the hour, I had a short wait for the open top bus. The bus which leaves from outside the ferry offices, was quite full, but I managed to get a nice seat at the front.
The trip around the inner city was very interesting and our guide was very informative with a story or joke for every occasion. The trip took about 40 minutes, and returned us to the ferry offices.
I queued for the ferry which wasn't long in coming, and boarding was easy, I managed to get a nice seat on the upper deck.
The ferry itself was very tired and quite noisy, and it was quite disappointing not to be either to hear the pre recorded commentary at times, as it was either too quiet or the engine noise drowned it out! I understand a new ferry is being built but this will not be commissioned soon.
It would have been nice to have a live commentary to pick up on things like the new Everton Stadium, and the labour party conference which was being prepared.
It was nice on the River which did make up for some of the shortcomings, and there were good photo opportunities, so not all bad!

Amazing tour with Chris on commentary and Brian our driver.
Chris had great knowledge, interesting facts and even a couple of songs at the end .
Brian joined in and was a great help with the camera at the photo stops. The fact we could then do a city tour made it great value for money
