What a fun way to spend an hour! We were warmly welcomed and led to a table where our ingredients were laid. We were instructed on how to make the scone, and told some history along the way. We then cut and baked our scones- which smelled delicious and tasted even better! They were served with clotted cream and jam, with tea on the side. The hosts were personable, funny and thorough. They gave us a certificate (and the recipe) at the end. So much fun!

Angelo ran a fantastic tea master class. I’ve been to several tea tasting sessions over the years and thought I knew a reasonable amount about tea, but I was in for a lesson! Angelo shared his passion for and knowledge of tea in such an engaging way - I was transfixed and the time flew! And I just loved the way he conducted the actual tea tasting. It was very different to any other experience I’ve had before. We were able to touch and smell the dry leaves and the wet leaves, as well as try the tea for six different types. He even gave us a takeaway cup of our favourite type on the way out. You couldn’t ask for more!

We booked this for my wife’s birthday and took our 6-year-old. Chef Alex and the team were amazing and we had so much fun. A really great family experience and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommend!

We love to do a little local class like this when we're traveling, and this one did not disappoint. We loved everything about it -- from our walk there, meeting the others taking the class, learning so much about chocolate, getting to make our own bars, and buying some additional delicious treats. It was the perfect length of time, the instructor was so nice and knowledgeable, and it was all just right!

Really entertaining tour and the guide was very knowledgeable about both the process at the Brewery and beers in general.
Really nice vibe about the place and all the staff were lovely.

Really enjoyable! Paul, was our chocolatier!!
He was fantastic, personalised the experience for me and was really informative, passionate and dedicated to explaining all the details and magical works of chocolate from different parts of the World.

Also, the chocolates looked so wonderful as a gift!
I gained a better understanding of what chocolate is, the flavouring and which ones suited me.
I'd recommend it, and thanks again Paul for such an unforgettable, magical day at the Bonbons making experience at Notting Hill.

Wonderful experience learning about chocolate and making chocolate with Chef Igor. The quality of the ingredients were top notch, and oh so delicious. A fun activity to do by oneself or with other adults.

Great experience and a delicious dinner. Maybe more of a cooking demonstration than an actual class but I got a lot of cooking tips and really enjoyed chatting with Jemima and her husband about cooking, food culture and other things. A well spent evening that I can certainly recommend for those interested in Indian cooking or even just for the experience to visit a home and talk to friendly, easy-going locals! It's a little outside central London but easy to get to by local train.
