What travellers are saying
- Samantha C94 contributionsA beautiful day out in stunning surroundings. I seemed to end up following a tour through the Palace which felt a bit rushed so tried to take my time looking at the different rooms and artifacts.
Managed to see the Harry Potter tree and all of the exhibitions and gardens, the weather was perfect, a lovely crisp dry February day with blue skies making everything look more beautiful. All of the staff and volunteers were always around to help if required and my day ticket is now an annual pass if I can make the 4 hour round trip at some point in the next year. The maze was closed today which was a shame - maybe an excuse to go back 😉Written February 8, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Churchyard is well maintained and one of the few churches open without a soul in sight. Some lovely little keepsakes available inside as well for a reasonable price.Written February 8, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The scale of the place is epic and the audio guide is excellent when you tour the various rooms.
There is so much to see that we converted out ticket into an annual pass.
Will be back to see what we missed on our first visit.Written February 1, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We moved in the interval. The actor playing Puck was lively and animated but her voice was not clesr or heard by many of us in the audience. - Daisy DayyOxfordshire, UK123 contributionsWe visited off chance on a warm but not sunny day, having called ahead we were advised to arrive for the next session time, which was mid afternoon. Lots of free parking, secure lockers, clean changing (albeit very wet and slippy) and a fab basic pool. A few seats round the edge for spectators and grassy areas for picnics. There is a smaller pool for much younger children too. The main pool has a diving board which the lifeguards open and supervise at certain times.
We had a great time exploring, and managed to find our own space too. We'll definitely be back soon! It would be great if the excess water could be brushed away in between sessions, this would make trying to find a dry spot a tad easier.Written August 14, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Set on a quiet farm, the treatment rooms are all beautifully decorated with appropriate mood lighting, music and wonderful scents. Shilpa is an excellent therapist. She tailored massages for my partner and myself to our individual requirements, including some styles that I have not experienced elsewhere. I also enjoyed an excellent facial and we were both treated to complimentary refreshments and sound therapy.Written March 22, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Bee1 contributionI had my eyebrows microbladed by Leagha & the results are just amazing, it didn’t even hurt & now I wake up everyday with perfect brows! Why did I not do this a long time ago?! Definitely going back soon for a facial with her, that room is gorgeous, so clean & peaceful.Written December 19, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
