- SMCats1 contributionThis is the one and only wine course I have ever done but with good reason - the idea of being told what I should smell or taste has always seemed pointless to me but this course is REALLY about wine. You are not told what you should think but rather, you are asked - what do you think? The other difference is that, these are organic wines - REAL WINE! You will never look at a bottle of wine in the same way again. Hervé was funny, knowledgeable and the whole session was incredibly informative. It was early (5 PM )so the only people there were the owner and a friend; they were enjoying a glass of wine and a plate of charcuterie before the evening rush. My colleague ended up getting into a long and fascinating conversation about wine with the owner; he talked us into buying a bottle of natural sparkling wine instead, which turned out to be delicious and far less expensive. His good cheer and great advice made our evening! Everything is fresh , super fresh juice of the day was also tasty.
Service good and the owner pretty opened to make sure our experience will be fine !

Love this little dive bar, the young lady and her husband run it and are really friendly. They have a good selection of beers and mixed drinks. We always seemed to end up here late at night, even though they have a very comfortable booth, we loved to sit are the small bar and exchange pleasantries with the bartender.

Excellent service from the hosts who are very knowledgeable about the wine and food on the menu.
