He has an amazing and magical space which immediately separates you from the outside world into a rich, relaxing and inspiring place. He has great touch and intuition for what you would like and what you need. I have experienced true moments of ecstasy with Mark and a massage with him is never less than a fully sensual voyage of discovery. He is friendly and welcoming and you always feel like you get all his attention. - violettesoleilLos Angeles, CA29 contributionsI found Zen and Sounds when I was living in the 11e and flipping through the catalouge of offerings that class pass had for the neighborhood. I was delighted to find this place and over the course of 3 months tried to go as many times as possible. The studio is clean and there is everything there that you need to enjoy a relaxing and soul soothing sound bath healing. The staff is knowledgeable and before each class there is a full explanation ( in French) of each gong and instrument that is displayed so you have some idea of what you will hear while in the gong bath journey. From the private changing room, to the gorgeous steam room, to the lovely pool relaxation area, to the treatment rooms — all lovely. My husband and I each had massages and each thought our therapists were wonderful. Our afternoon there was a much needed and enjoyed break from the hustle and bustle of Paris! The therapist cools effectively release the tension in my back and I could enjoy my weekend holiday in Paris without pain.

The owners are extremely friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome from day one. The level of the profs is sky high, they know what they are doing, they guide, assist and most importantly they care and they remember you - one of them even helped me get rid of some extreme tensions and headaches by giving me with exercises for me to do at home - I didn’t even have to ask.
It has by far been the best experience worldwide and not to mention value for money. If I were to stay in Paris I would keep coming as often as possible.

I went three times and I was the weirdo that didn’t speak French. And for anyone who’s been in this situation, you know that’s kinda social suicide. NO JOKE
Still, Camille and Florie, made me feel a part of a community and I write this almost tearing, cause that’s what I mostly want.
I am so thankful and grateful I was part of this experience and recommend it to all you ladies out there who feel a bit..off. Who maybe, are not that engaged with your body and spirit, who.. for some reason are going through changes, transitions in your life..you will find a space. Of peace, joy, recovery, trust.
This course is about what most of women need mostest: empowering and rediscovery.

My wife also got a LuluLemon winter coat and the quantity was amazing. It is the shopping avenue Champs-Elysees in Paris, below the Arch. There are so many classes everyone finds their level. It’s easy to register.

I did 5 classes here, two in French and 3 in English and as a native English speaker I did find there easier, but as I already knew Bikram it was easy enough to do the classes in French too.
