    Best Spin Class in Paris
    This studio is incredible! As an avid spin class student in the United States, it was hard to find the right place here in Paris since the trend is not nearly as widespread as it is in the US. The studios here are fabulous, equipped with top notch showers and locker facilities, great staff, and high-quality bikes inside the studio itself. The instructors are fun, dynamic, and really push you with ab-busting choreography and insanely fun cardio workouts. Could not recommend more highly, especially to other Americans who are used to popular spin studios in the US looking for something of the same quality in France!

    My feet thanked me!
    Popped into this lovely little massage place on my last day of an 10 day trip and was not disappointed. They do massage more than just your feet, but the foot massage was the best I have ever had! Well worth the time, well worth the price!

    Tres Magnifique
    Attended the Spa for a Couples Massage, Facial, use of the Pool & Spa and access to the Gymnasium.
    Every element of the experience was perfect.
    The Pool, Spa and Sauna area is enormous. Amazing Spa Pool.
    The Treatment Rooms were well appointed, very quiet and had a most relaxing ambiance.
    The Treatments were first class.
    The Staff attended to every request.
    A must visit if you are thinking ‘relaxation’ amongst the hustle and bustle of Paris.

    GrEat thai massage
    Really friendly therapist and their massage me so good:).. however its quite expensive for one hour no oily msg is 90 euro, (i think because the location here so good)i know another thai massage is cheaper! because i like massage so much i hd try many massage in paris. And i can tell u this one is one of the best massage i ever had in paris:)

    Excellent
    My wife and I love our massages and this was a good one, but I think it should be for the price. 150euros for 90mins. We recommend the Ban Thai massage, 30 minute foot massage then a relaxing body massage with essential oils. The staff were friendly and very professional. We will return.

    Lovely Thai massage
    We have been here a couple of times over the last 6 months, and it is a lovely place - clean, friendly, and easy to book online.

    The massages are relaxing or strong (you chose) in a nice environment, with heated beds. Afterwards, you are given tea and a small cake. We will definitely go again.

    Recommend!!
    We arrived early and they automatically gave us a water and prepared us for our massages, my husband and I both got traditional Thai massages, the staff were welcoming and the whole atmosphere was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place.

    Very bad attitude
    A couple of things, the person who jumps with you is not always nice/receptive etc.
    Bad the one thing bothers me a lot, you get a jump , you pay 320€, you can use /program you jump for a year. So if it is a gift, or for yourself, you know you have to do the jump in the next 12 months. Up to now, everything ok. But be aware that they will tell you if you want to cancel and get your money back you have ONLY 15 days after buying the jump. So I guess , that unless, you have a magic ball, which will tell you that you will not be able to use you ticket/jump, 2 month later because you broke a leg, arm, got sick, what ever reason, WELL, FORGET ABOUT YOUR MONEY!! They will not give it back. So definetly I do not recommend this place. Unprofessionals and abusive.

    YTT vinyasa
    It was my first yoga teacher training. I really really enjoyed it.
    I have learned so much things about myself and about my own yoga practice.
    The environment is amazing and very peaceful.
    I highly recommend this training for the quality of it, and also because the teacher are great. they are listenning and understanding our needs in order for us to develop. ☺️
