My son and I are very fortunate to share a culinary experience and a great cooking course with Joelle in Lyon and at her beautiful home.
We had the opportunity to make various dishes with Joelle. The starter dish was a cheese pastry dough twist. The other dishes include potatoes, shallots, butter covered in French cheese, and cooked in the oven for 1.5 hours. Another dish include pork loin soaked in a cheese and herbed sauce. After lunch, we had chocolate soufflé and various cheeses.
Joelle took us for a nice walk at an open air food market selling meat, cheese, seafood, bread and vegetables and fruit.
I highly recommend this cooking class in Lyon and with Joelle to potential clients.
