Small negative points: I find that there is not enough English translation. He shared pictures of Fritz, his associates, and Hannover from back in the 1920's. He told the history well. Although our tickets said English Guide, the guide was not expecting an English only tour. - BamaTraveler7125 contributionsBooked this tour, hoping to give my special needs son a rare experience to see the city of Hanover and the town of Hildesheim. As you would expect, an hour in a private plane is expensive — over $500 in this case. I booked the tour only a couple of days beforehand, but hey! This is the internet right?!! People can communicate across the ocean right? For this tour operator the answer is a resounding, “NEIN!” Or a snooty French, “NO!” as their contact number rolled straight to a French number with an outgoing French message. I sent email after email for two days trying to get the number of the pilot/tour guide to no avail. The messages from TripAdvisor/viator told me to stay posted for a call or email from our pilot — that never came. The morning of the tour I called TripAdvisor/Viator to get the pilot’s number. No dice. Forty-five minutes AFTER our scheduled tour and after numerous calls to customer service at TripAdvisor/ Viator AND the tour operator (who never answered) we finally got the pilot’s number. Hoping to retrieve some hope of a late tour I called the pilot, Oliver Klppner, who barely speaks English. He said that we were late and he had other things to do that day so he wasn’t doing the tour. So yep, we lost over $500 on this sham.
