Top tip is to buy the 'Spiritual' ticket which, at 12 euros for a senior, gives you entry to six religious sites in or near Palma, including the mighty Gothic cathedral which dominates the city.
There are various smaller chapels within the main site which are all unique in their own way.

Llotja

It has a garden area as a promenade full of palm trees that make the site a walk.
Outside there's a lovely little Italian to have a drink and take in the view.
Fundacio La Caixa
#8 of 79 Sights & Landmarks in Palma de Mallorca
In my point of view, the building of the Fundacion La Caixa represents together with the Edifici Casasayas, which is right around the corner, the most interesting buildings from Palma.

... small baths in a romantic oriental garden, palms and exotic plants, flowers;, as the wonderful smell of Jasminflower trees; an explication of the antic site of the Banys Arab, in an nice old arabic atmosphere.
This is a small site but it's an oasis of calm away from the heat and bustle of the city.
Baleares Coliseu Bullring
#26 of 79 Sights & Landmarks in Palma de Mallorca
The site is so beautiful we went down to where the bulls were and up to the stands.
Although apparently only used a few times a year for bull-fighting and more often used as a concert venue, the history of the site was clear to see.

I was delighted to find the ticket price was only €2 and despite having heard about problems with the running track, the view of the pitch was very good.
There is a good club shop on site and clean toilets.
