Terrible, terrible service. Driver was late and then when he came to get us at the terminal he flashed his phone at me to confirm I am the person (for about 2 seconds and from 15 ft away) and then proceeded to walk 30 feet in front of us all the way to the car. Didn't say hi, didn't say this is the way to the car, etc. We get to the car and he didn't help with the bags at all! Then proceeds to recklessly drive on the highway and the streets of Barcelona. We almost got into 2 accidents. Once we arrived at the airport he sprung out of the car, grabbed our luggage, and proceeded to push it down the street. When we asked the driver where our hotel was because he left us on a confusing corner he then yelled, "it's around the corner DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?!" Mind you I am a native Spanish speaker although I am American. The most horrifying taxi service I have ever used and would never ever recommend. Taxi company said they will investigate and then has not responded to my additional outreach on the situation. Use the local taxis there are a ton that wait outside and they all take cards as payment. We were about 30 mins from airport and it cost $25 euros when we took a local taxi to the airport on our way home (since we cancelled our second taxi2airport return trip). Also, local taxis always help with your bags and are incredibly friendly!

We booked a two way transfer (Palma to Porto Pollenca) for 6 people. Nice comfortable and good quality van, very efficient driver who took us to our precise location (we did provide the co-ordinates because it was a little off the beatne track). The return trip was similarly good and the driver arrived with plenty of time to spare. We did slightly struggle to find our driver on arrival (he was indoors and in the area specified) but only needed a few minutes to resolve this.

This is the cable car that you catch from Avinguda Miramar (stop for the open top tourist busses) and takes you up to Montjuic castle. The ride is in 4 person cars that have large panoramic windows and come every 30 seconds.
There’s invariably a queue but it moves fast and I think we waited for 5 minutes before getting to the ticket booth. You can book online and get 10% off a return ticket but it won’t get you on any quicker as the automatic gates are turned off at the bottom and you have to queue up with everyone else to show your ticket anyway.
The pricing is a complete rip off at 10.5 Euros for a single fare or 16 euros for a return ticket and there are no concessions, but at least you are afforded excellent views on the way up and the walk all round the castle then provides further excellent views over Barcelona and the new Marina developments as well as Barcelona’s container port (where they dock the cruise ships) and it’s only from up here that you get a true perspective for how massive a container port Barcelona is.
We didn’t bother going in the castle as our primary objective was the views and to walk the peak. In this respect I would recommend that when you get to the far West Point of the castle walk down to the Mirador del Migdia and here you will find La Caseta del Migdia, one of the few bar /cafes on the peak.

Three cheers plus for Barcelona for providing one of the best transport services to and from the airport of any major city in the world! The Aerobus is super convenient, with it's downtown terminus at Placa de Catalunya (with a couple of other stops along the way). There are separate buses for Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, both loading and unloading at the east side of the plaza. Passengers can buy tickets in advance online or from machines, from staff nearby, or from the driver, and can pay with credit card. The buses have lots of space for luggage. The trip to or from the airport takes less than 30 minutes and there are buses running every 10 minutes or less. The fare is 7.25 euros. If traveling from the airport, you may need to ask staff where to get the Aerobus, but it is easy to locate and everyone knows about it.T

We had an excellent experience with Roman and his colleagues as our drivers during our family trip to Barcelona and for our Mediterranean cruise on the Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas in June 2024. We are a family of 6 and his van fit us and all of our suitcases easily. He was very easy to communicate with via email and text and was very informative with restaurant and city sightseeing recommendations. We went to one of the best tapas restaurants in the city he recommended twice due to the great food and service!

Roman was so knowledgeable about Barcelona and he and his colleagues were always prompt with pick ups and drop offs. We hired him for an airport pickup to hotel, hotel pickup to port, port to hotel with a 4 hour city tour, and hotel to airport. His vehicles were very clean and comfortable and everyone drove safely putting our family at ease. We would highly recommend Roman and his company for private transportation and we would definitely hire his company again when we return to Barcelona in the future. Thank you Roman again!

We booked our tickets for the cable car online as we saw there could be long queues to buy tickets on the day. The tickets cost 40 euros for two adults for a round trip.We arrived at the bottom of the tower and there was no defined queue for pre booked tickets so had to ask a member of staff, he hoarded us into a separate pen then a very loud lady moved us to the end of the people already queuing for the lift ( we were aware that buying the ticket online doesn’t get you immediately into the lift) we had to wait 25 mins to get the lift up to the cable car then another 10 minutes or so to wait for the car. They do cram as many people possible into the car but luckily we were by the open window. The whole trip takes 10 mins with great views over the harbour and Barcelona. We got off at the other end and had a drink in the cafe admiring the views. We then queued for 10 minutes to get the car back again. I wouldn’t say this was a must do activity but the views were good. Staff manning the cable car were uninterested and not engaging with passengers.

Great views of city and Mediterranean. Fort itself boring. Take funicular to the gondola. Tough walk up. If weather comfy, explore Park. But was way too hot and sunny so we skipped it.

Used their services for 2 transfers in Tenerife from and to the airport - overall pretty good with a couple of hiccups. The pick-up from the airport could have been better as we got to the meeting point but no driver. Waited 5 mins and then called the 24/7 helpline which answered starightaway - confirmed we were in right place and they said they would investigate and get back to us. They called back 3 mins later to say driver was delayed and would be with us in 15 mins - about that time later the driver arrived. The vehicle was a minibus for 2 passengers but the first seat I sat in was badly broken but I could easily move to another one. The return to the airport was faultless - on time courteous and no broken seats. Price for transfers was competitive.

Very comfortable room, comfortable bed, lovely modern furniture. Breakfast delicious too. Pillows excellent and soft. Bed was super comfortable. AC worked well. Slippers and douche, shampoo etc was provided, the latter in abundance. Had a stocked fridge and bottled water provided daily. Coffee/ tea making facilities not provided, no bath robes, could have done with more supply of body lotion too. Slightly noisy in the night. Staff very helpful and kind. Will definitely like to return.

In the UK any entrance to a tube station will allow you access to all platforms not in Barcelona, you need to check. As once in some stations you go straight on to the platform with no option to cross over to the other side unless you come back out. Also the metro map and underground map is the same L lines and S lines but they could be on a different level.

The funicular to Tibidabo is well maintained and gets you to the amusement park and church with the viewpoint. However they sell you return tickets but don’t tell you that their service shuts off at 4:30 pm. We arrived 5 mins past 4:30 pm as we didn’t know and felt annoyed that this information wasn’t passed when buying the tickets. I thought it was pretty hefty €12 for one way.

TaxiBacelonas was exceptional! He texted us during our train ride in to reassure us he would be waiting. He was kind, caring, professional - gave us great restaurants recommendations - 5 star service - the best in Barcelona!

decided as the weather was very warm and had booked to stay in Sitges for a couple of days to use the ferry. Directions go to port at end of Las Ramblas and turn right. We had luggage with us which was taken off us before we boarded which we were worried about as we were not given a luggage ticket or receipt. The ferry was very quiet small bar and usual snacks similar to train journey. Very small outdoor space so not a cruise. Music on the journey of 55 mins was the latest club music and absolutely blasting so there was not much chance for conversation did try and ask one of the staff about Sitges but we couldn't hear each other. On arrival in Sitges port if you are staying in the main village it is a VERY long walk you would need a taxi or bus . Lots of bars and restaurants at the port but transport needed for the village center. Travelled back to Barcelona on the train from Sitges lot quicker and easier.

We traveled with six adults for a 2 day vacation in Barcelona and then a 7 day cruise and back to Barcelona for the trip home. We used Bohigas airport transfer to pick us up at airport, carry us to Hotel. They then picked us up at Hotel to transport us to the cruise ship. They then picked us up from the port after the cruise to take us back to airport. On all three occasions, the service was impeccable!! The drivers were very attentive and courteous. We had alot of bags and all fit very well in the van which was so comfortable we felt like celebrities. Without question, these guys are the REAL DEAL!! If you're planning a trip to Barcelona and need any transport, make sure you have Bohigas airport transfer in your speed dial. I promise you won't be disappointed. I need to mention one thing, they will keep you updated by text. We arrived about 2 hours earlier from our cruise than our scheduled pickup. I just text them that we were at the port and they came to pick us up with 20mins. We were very happy about that. Outstanding!!!!!!!!!

Our trip from the airport to the city was made so easy thanks to SAN EXITO BCN. The driver was on time and the car was in perfect condition. We appreciated the driver's trip about local attractions. Excellent service overall.
