The tastings included meats and cheese, pastas, two sweet dishes, and a flight of balsamic vinegars- it was quite substantial. I have some food allergies, and they were accommodated thoughtfully. We don't usually book guided tours but this was great value for money and I would highly recommend it. A great way to experience the food of Bologna. Make sure you go hungry though! She has great pasta making tips and tricks-we learned so much! The pasta, dessert, and wine were all so delicious. We had such an amazing time! The directions from our apartment near Piazza Maggiore were easy to follow and Irene and Marco were wonderful hosts, welcoming us into their home lime good friends. Irene is a fantastic teacher and made all the techniques seem easy and repeatable when we get home. The recipes were super simple and delicious, just like nonna used to make. - Noga CAmsterdam, The Netherlands1 contributionThe San Luca Experience Tour and Food Tasting was a nice experience. The stuff were very nice and helpful. The train took us up to Sun Luca and we walked back down to the city center through the beautiful porticos.

She was so patient and we learned so much about making pasta with a roller and tiramisu. Her sauces were amazing and the meal was fantastic. He also made sure we hit the unique spots in Bologna only locals know. He really knows the city and made the tour feel like a friend was showing us around.
