It was fun and educational from the get-go. When our son booked the class, I was not sure what to expect. I thought it would be in the kitchen during the off-hours of a restaurant, but it was a facility structured specifically for education. The class was a dozen of like-minded people. This was not a surprise, as why would you pay for something you didn't want to do? Our chef, Dave, was first class; he engaged everyone, made a huge effort to remember everyone's names, and had great humour. My family had a wonderful time, and it was clear nobody left disappointed. This was time and money well spent.
