Mano was our group leader, but let me say that every single person on this team was amazing!! So patient, kind and above all fun!

Excellent tour to efficiently see the main sites and galleries while navigating the crowds. We received an excellent education on the main pieces of importance in both galleries in a timely manner which allowed us to see far more than what we would do on our own. Importantly we did not feel rushed doing so. Our guide was especially challenge that day as the Tour de France stopped by Florence and many streets were blocked. She did an an amazing job to guide and talk and veer around different routes all at the same time. Thank you!

This was an amazing trip and well worth the price. We had walkabout tours and they broke our busload into 3 groups of 25 or less. Alessandro, Gabriel and Jennifer were with us all day making sure we understood where and when our meeting points were and also what was important to see in each village. We left at 7:30 am and returned at 9 pm tired but so happy with the day! This is one of those unforgettable days of a vacation. Just go!

Francesco was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I was a little scared in the beginning but it became an amazing experience. Francesco made it safe and enjoyable. Must do.

The driver (Azzari) was prompt, professional. and made sure we got to see all destinations and went overtime to accommodate us.

We opted for the winery stop and although it was not the most beautiful winery, the wines were great (a bit pricy though).

Personally, I would skip Siena unless there is something specific there you want to see as we stayed in Florence and felt that it was very similar, it was also the farthest destination. San Gimignano was a wonderful stop and our favorite!

The Duomo is very special to see, but mostly form the outside. The inside is not as impressing as the outside. However these tickets allowed us to have a guide who could give us some information avout the Duomo, which was very interesting. The process to have access to our tickets to enter the Duomo was pretty easy as well. For those who are interested to visit the Dome of the Duomo, these tickets do not give you this access (seperate tickets, to reserve in advance).

A highlight of our trip to Florence. It was the perfect way to experience the Tuscan countryside. The drive to the location was scenic and the small group size allowed us to quickly become friends with the others on the tour. Riding the Vespas was easy to learn and fun to drive. The tour stops at San Gimignano, a picturesque medieval town with fantastic gelato, pizza by the slice, and unique shops (not like the typical touristy stuff in Florence). We had some time to explore before another Vespa ride, followed by a delicious lunch with wine tasting overlooking the Chianti region (and with San Gimignano visible in the distance). The guides also took plenty of videos of us riding the Vespas, and sent them to us the next day.

The Golf Cart tour was great! Perfect way to get an introduction to the city. Our tour guide, Luca, was fantastic- so knowledgeable and lots of fun. Would highly recommend.

Gicamo was the best tour guide we had in Italy by far! It felt like an art history and culture lesson and he made it FUN! What a great personality, full of knowledge, facts, & tidbits. A Florentine married to an American you would never know English was a second language. What an amazing experience!

I would have rated this a five but the ticket process was a mess. We believe that that was due to a system change. It caused anxiety! In the past the tour had a person that handed you your tickets at the door but they are moving to an on line system and even Trip advisor didn’t know that when we called. Our tickets came through What’s app at 1am. Thankfully we have that app!
Also, if you are afraid of heights or claustrophobic, this is not your tour!
The views were extraordinary from the dome, the crypt was very well done, and the basilica was stunning.

My wife and I had an excellent time touring the Accademia Gallery with Irina (our guide). She has a fantastic understanding of Italian art history and she spent time explaining both the exhibits and interesting facts about the artists. We had a great time touring with Irina and would highly recommend the experience.

Like the part of not waiting in line. Had a hard time following the information delivered by the tour guide. Overall it’s ok.

Both museums are a must see in Florence. My only complaint is that we had to rush a bit in the Uffizi in order to get to the Academia on time. However, having the skip the line tickets is wonderful. We walked up to special fast moving lines and got right in at both museums

Sara was a very knowledgeable guide. Everything was pretty efficient apart from the guy who wouldn’t open the gate to let us out as access to the Arno is restricted
