- Shanna J1 contributionI was recently in Florence, and booked with Deluxe Limo for the 5th and 6th time. I have trusted this company for travel to wine tastings in the Veneto region where the team planned my stops, tastings and booked my lunch reservations. I was lucky enough to have Francois as a driver last year and we requested him again for our adventures this year. He took us to small Tuscan towns, and set up a light lunch and wine tasting, our first day. Francois then took us to Pisa, Lucca and another winery, the next day.
The company is responsive, professional, and extremely helpful.
I once did a large group tour, my first trip, and did not enjoy the freedom you have when travelling with Deluxe Limo. On time pick-ups, never waiting on anyone, choice of duration times in each location, bottled water provided with clean, luxurious vehicles.
I may have seen most Tuscan towns, at this point, but Deluxe Limo offers services all around Italy and I will continue to rely on them for my travel needs.

Arnoldo was great and helped us traverse Florence quickly and efficiently all day so we were able to see everything we wanted to see in 5 hours!! He was welcoming, funny, knowledgable and really created a wonderful experience and memorable day for us. - Doomara A1 contributionWe had a wonderful private transfer (in a comfortable Mercedes Van) from Florence to Port Corsini. Our driver Andrea (sorry for incorrect spelling) was very hospitable, friendly and a very safe driver. We really enjoyed the journey and felt like we’ve know Andrea for years! He told us about all the different regions we drive past, very knowledgeable of Italy. - Emily C1 contributionWould highly recommend. We used Niccoli for a day-trip to two wineries from Florence. Our driver Sergio was amazing. He was on time, polite and professional. He gave us information on the drive about Florence and Tuscany, made stops for us to take pictures and even picked us up early when it was raining. - Anthony ZPerth, Australia6 contributionsDo not engage the setvices of this company. Right from the start I had a bad feeling about this company and I should've gone with my gut feeling. As we were planning our wedding in Florence, ( from Perth, Western Australia ) it added a fair amount of difficulty in our planning and let me say, these guys made nothing easy about it.
From the booking process we were told the bride and bridal party of 6 were going to have to walk 80 metres down the street to the corner to be picked up, ok not a big deal, but every other taxi and uber were able to pick us up right outside our Airbnb.
Then 4 days before the wedding we get a message from them telling us that because of the hot weather we should consider changing the stretch limousine we had booked ( for 6 people) to a VW Beetle convertible, or consider having the transfer done after the wedding at night, all because they told us the air conditioner doesn't work well in the heat and it would be an uncomfortable ride, even though their stretch limo is advertised as state of the art, straight from Manhattan. Now, all new cars air conditioners should be able to cope in 38 degree days, yet they insisted on changing cars or having the transfer later. When we argued with them, they kept saying the heat wan't their fault, yet they wouldn't listen to us saying the car air con should cope. At one stage they told us that as long as it was 2 of us and we sat by the windows we should be ok.
In the end they offered us a 50 euro discount on the ride or a full refund, so because they could not provide the service they advertise, we chose to get a full refund, rather than the bridal party have an uncomfortable and hot ride if the air con doesn't work well, only for them to change their mind and offer a partial refund if we cancel. Completely unprofessional company this one.
We ended up booking an Uber van instead. They were on time, parked right out front the Airbnb and had the air con running for a beautiful cool ride for the 3 minute drive.

- Goofy K4 contributionsThis was a full day tour to the Tuscan countryside, including the towns of Siena and San Gimignano. Our guide, Alessandro Mascherini, is the best. He is knowledgeable, patient and soon seems like an old friend. He picked us up at the place we were staying and dropped us there at the end of the day. He arranged a wonderful lunch at a winery with lots of wine, olive oil and vinegar tasting. For this to be impactful you need to know I travel for work and have won the highest sales trips, fully coordinated to places like Paris, Sydney, Vietnam and I can safely say this trip was on par to those 5 star Four Season fully curated trips.
In the end the ONLY disappointment is that Max does not do tours outside of Italy. Our driver Guerrierio was on time and ready. Our other two friends ride never came but Egidio Guerrierio was able to take all 4 despite what the rule was. He didn’t want them to be stranded.
