The platform behind/south of the cathedral also offers wonderful views and could be easily missed, go and seek it out!
Photography is prohibited within the cathedral, but if you are fit enough you can climb thru narrow steps (chargeable) and have a breath taking view of the city from the top.

We liked Barenpark, bears and atmosphere are so cute, the river around park is outstanding, view overlooking the river is gorgeous, this place is the oasis in the big city with relax and quiet ambience.

It was well worth our money, we learnt a lot about Albert as a man and his life as well as Albert the academic, there are a couple of rooms to view and a short film which goes thru the same as the exhibits.
I am a huge science nerd, so I would recommend at least stopping to see this landmark if you are like me.
