We thoughly enjoyed our cruise: the sights, learning about the sights and our tour guode who was excellant & had a great sense of humour.
One of the things you want to do before selecting a boat (there are at least half dozen options, ranging from rather large boats, to smaller more intimate boats) is to make sure the guide can speak your language.

You want a nice village, with picturesque houses and the choice between a meal by the river or a walk by the seaside.
