We just finished our half day tour with Michael and to say it was awesome, is an understatement. Michael was absolutely fantastic - he picked us up in a Mercedes van and it was immaculate. We were stocked with water and plenty of AC. Athens is about 10 degrees warmer than it should be right now so the AC came in handy. We stopped at all of the major landmarks, including the Acropolis and Parthenon, Temple of Olympian Zeus, the modern Olympic stadium, Temple of Hephaestus, and the Ancient Agora. We were given plenty of time at each destination and Michael was on standby for as soon as we were finished. He even made a quick stop at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier just in time for the Changing of the Guards. This really elevated our Athens trip and we left extremely happy, having seen almost of all of the major landmarks in Athens!

A few tips for the first timers like us - (1) This is not a tour as you may commonly think. There is no tour guide. So once you are dropped off, you are on your own. (2) You must pay for entrance fees. I completely forgot and the tour operator was nice enough to get my tickets and I reimbursed them in cash. (3) Bring cash for tips! The minimum wage in Greece is extremely low and tips really make a difference. (4) Wear sunscreen! I am bright red as a result of a full day of exploration. And most importantly, (5) HAVE THE BEST TIME!

Loved this 2 hour tour … our guide, Dimas, was wonderful. He kept us moving and providing just the right amount of information at the right time AND he was most interesting and with a fun sense of humor.

Great experience in Athens. Annie our tour guide is knowledgeable, engaged and she makes sure we’re well informed about the sites we visited. Acropolis’ history is amazing. The acropolis museum is great. We learned so much about Greece history and how it influences current western culture and democracy.
    I recommend this tour.

We had an amazing, full day in Athens seeing all the sites courtesy of our tour guide, Alex (via Elegant Greek Tours). Alex did a great job of timing the hot spots to avoid the crowds as much as possible, and the team was in touch with us well ahead of the tour to have us pre-book tickets at the Acropolis and museum to avoid the long lines. Alex picked us up in a beautiful, super clean private van right at the port, and we began our day strolling the Ancient Agora and seeing the Temple of Hephaestus. We then went to the Acropolis, skipped the line and walked up to view the stunning Parthenon, Erechtheion, Temple of Nike and Theatre of Dionysus. It's definitely an extremely crowded tourist spot, but Alex did a great job getting us there at a good time to avoid the larger bus groups. Afterwards, Alex drove us by several other highlights including the Panathenaic Stadium (site of the first modern Olympics in 1896), Olympieion (including the HUGE Temple of Zeus), the three temples of wisdom and then an unexpected stop to witness the changing of the guard where the movements of the guards are done to mimic those of horses. We then stopped at a local restaurant for lunch where we sampled as much authentic Athenian food as our stomachs could handle! Lastly, we wrapped up the day touring the Acropolis Museum which included a very educational video about the Acropolis, several of the original pieces and sculptures from the site and even a really cool lego replica of the entire Acropolis. We were so extremely pleased with the tour and glad we were able to visit so many sites in a single day / cruise stop. Highly recommend!

We had a very enjoyable day. The staff was excellent. The pick up option was perfect as there was a strike on the day. The food was delicious and copious. Swimming at sea a family favourite

Prior to our trip to Greece we had several email conversations with Lambros about his tour. Lambros replied promptly with our answers. He also gave us information on getting our tickets online prior to arriving.

Lambros picked us up on time and returned us to our ship. Lambros and his vehicle were neat and clean.

Lambros was informative and we learned a lot about Greek history along with information about the locations we visited.

If we returned to Athens and needed any form of transportation I would use Lambros.

The guides, George and Dimitris are friendly and welcoming! They are full with the knowledge and are not stingy to share with all of us. It is a pleasant trip!

Nick our guide was excellent, gave great insights into the ministry of Apostle Paul. It was wonderful and blessed to walk the way, see the areas where Paul preached and stayed. Nick was an extremely kind gentleman especially that I travelled with my kids and he took extra care of my little one. His cartoony way of talking like Donald
Duck was so entertaining for my kids. Thank you Nick for the wonderful trip with you.

Ahhhh-mazing!! Pascal picked us up at our hotel and took us to the Sailing Athens boat. The catamaran was beautiful! The skipper and first mate (Kostas and Dennis) were welcoming and educated us about the boat. Both were kind and great hosts. The crystal clear water and amazing views were breathtaking. The water was chilly but we jumped in anyway. They provided masks/snorkels and towels. After two beautiful swimming stops, we ate lunch. The variety of food options were delicious!! We could not ask for a better trip! We loved every minute! We highly recommend!

We had a fantastic trip to Corinth with our driver/guide, Ruslan. This is our second tour with him and we highly recommend Ruslan and this tour. His knowledge of history and the early Christian Church as it formed in Corinth is truly impressive. He took great care of us every step of the way, right down to great dining recommendations for some great local food. Thank you!!

In 12 hours, you’ll get to see three islands which is great. 1-1.30 hours per island, which is enough if you just want to walk around and visit the cafés and markets. If you want to spend time in the churches and museums the time might not be enough. The cruise offers tours on the islands - only Aegina is worth it for the view and one church. The other two are unnecessary.

Cruise is clean and convenient. The port is most easily accessed by cab from the closest metro or from your stay. Food on board is tasty and appropriately priced. The crew will keep trying to sell you stuff - photographs that they’ll take of you, VIP lounge, stuff from their store and different tours. VIP lounge is not worth it and you can get the stuff from the store on the islands at a cheaper price.

Overall good experience. Worth the money.

Athens is a great city for this type of tours because it almost always has nice weather! It can have a lot of traffic though so that's no always ideal but we had fun!
