Faneromeni Beach is off the beaten path. We rented a quad and got there with no problem. It was actually fun driving on the rocky, dirt roads with a quad, not sure it would be the same for a car, unless its a higher, bigger car. With the quad, we were able to drive all the way to the path that takes you down to the beach.
The water was incredible! The beach is not very big, but never did we feel crowded. Some people were in the water, others were reading, others just taking in the sun. It is very secluded so there is nothing out there but you and the beach. Take drinks, snacks, shade, and anything you might need for an awesome day at the beach!

Location: Saint George Beach (Ag. Georgios) is on the southwest coast of Antiparos Island in Greece. The beach is 15 minutes’ drive from Antiparos Port and 10 minutes’ drive from Antiparos Cave. Saint George Beach is within walking distance of the pier where you can take the boat of Captain Sargos to visit Despotiko Island and the sea caves of Antiparos. In our opinion, the pier is in urgent need of renovation. The bay is a popular place to moor with yachts, sailboats, speedboats, tenders. A picturesque and worth seeing spot 10 minutes’ walk from the beach is the Greek Orthodox Saint George Church. There are some bars and restaurants nearby, for example, Captain Pipinos Seafood Taverna. If you want to spend the night in Ag. Georgios then we recommend the luxury boutique hotel Kameo in Antiparos.

Admission fee (budget range): Free to visit.

What is the activity/attraction about? Saint George Beach (Ag. Georgios) is a paradise sandy beach with azure sea water in Antiparos, Greece. Saint George Beach has a view of the Sanctuary of Apollo (archaeological site) on Despotiko island and Tsimintiri Islet. It is a wonderful place to sunbathe and take a refreshing dip in the Aegean Sea. You can also enjoy a pleasant walk in the area. It's a wonderful place to take pictures during golden hour.

Best time to visit: April, May, September, October as the temperature is pleasant (neither too hot nor too cold) and it is not yet too crowded.

Saint George Beach is a must-visit in Antiparos as this place is suitable for those looking for a relaxing beach holiday with plenty of sights and things to do nearby.

We will visit Ag. Georgios again.

Nudist or not, you can come! It has the most amazing water and an island opposite the beach, which one can easily access either by swimming or even walking since the water level is not quite deep.
The beach also has a beach volley court. It is overall very beautiful, however it is quite crowded.

I did my research before going to Antiparos and knew that I had to check this beach out. We rented a quad to go to a beach that's a bit further out, but we stopped at Sostis on the way back. This is a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters. There were others there, but we weren't crowded at all. The waters were calm and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sostis Beach.
There aren't any services at the beach, so make sure you bring water, snacks, shade, and anything else you might need to make it a great day at the beach!

After arriving from your ferry, walk toward the left and follow the dirt path down and in 5 minutes you'll be at the beach --see my pictures.
It's a very calm area and there were very few people there ---it was in mid June.
There were lots of trees for shade or to hang your things on.

When finished, walk back, pass the port and toward the left will be the town and the main street you can walk down. Beautiful blooms this time of month.

We came here towards the late afternoon after being in the sun at other beaches, so the shade from the trees was much welcomed! The beach was not too crowded, and we found a spot to set up under the trees in no time. The water was shallow for quite a ways in and very calm. This is a nice beach close to town. Would definitely recommend.

Location/what is the activity/attraction about: Paralia Sifneiko is a picturesque beach in the northwest of Antiparos Island in Greece. On a clear day you can see Sifnos Island from Sifneiko Beach. Hence its name. Sifneiko has an elongated sandy beach where you can sunbathe, take a dip in the clear blue sea and because of the rocks in the water near the beach it is a good place for snorkelling. We recommend that you wear water shoes. Sifneiko Beach is the best spot to admire the sunset in Antiparos. The place is therefore rightly lauded as ‘Sunset Beach’. Sifneiko Beach is within walking distance of Antiparos town, Kastro (Castle), and the port (5-10 minutes).

Admission fee (budget range): Free to visit. There is a bar and restaurant within walking distance of the beach (Sifneiko Café), but they were still closed at the end of May when we visited the beach.

Sifneiko Beach is a must-visit in Antiparos for first-time visitors as well as repeat visitors. It is a romantic place and ideal activity as a couple. It is also a nice gathering place to meet up with friends and to fraternize with locals.

We would visit Sifneiko beach again.

Lovely beach with friendly service. We got there relatively early and had our choice of loungers - not all have shade. We didn't eat there so I can't comment on the quality of the food, but I liked the look of the restaurant.
My only "niggle" s that I would have preferred more comfortable loungers...the couches at the end of the beach (which were reserved for hotel guests) looked much more inviting!

Fancy! Aiming to be an upmarket beach club. It has a good atmosphere with mixing families and hipsters. Food was actually surprisingly good, yet a little on the expensive side as you would expect.

Lovely quiet beach on antiparos. Worth a visiting if you’re looking for somewhere more secluded with not as many holiday makers.

This would be an excellent swimming spot for young children. The water is very shallow and there are no waves, so little ones can splash safely. The water is clear, and we found little animals—a starfish, a mollusk, a crab, fish. It was a little boring for our older children however. The beach is shallow with some vegetation, so it isn’t great to walk or lay on. There were some sunbeds, but the person who seemed to be in charge of the sunbeds wanted 25€ for one hour—at 5:00pm! That is an absurd price, especially since there is no service—you cannot order food or drinks. All you get is a sunbed (and not a very nice one) and an umbrella. For that reason, everyone put their towels under the trees that line the back of the beach and hang their clothes from the branches, and all the sunbeds were empty. Had we not had the shade from the trees, we wouldn’t have stayed. Bottom line: unless you have toddlers, you’re not missing much if you skip this location.
